An absolute gem . The property was spotlessly clean , the owners were charming , breakfast was delicious, everything you can imagine for breakfast was there . I can’t fault anything , would definitely recommend & return here if we visit Devon again

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival. There was fresh milk available to use from the fridge in the entrance hall. We had an excellent choice of breakfasts each morning. The servings were plentiful and everything was fresh and delicious. The house is well-placed to visit the Barnstable area, the surrounding countryside and the cliffs and beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Hosts were very welcoming, breakfast was very delicious, all freshly prepared, plenty of choices , wonderful fresh fruit salad . Beds were very comfortable. Our twin room was exceptionally clean , as was the en-suite bathroom.
Our room was facing the main road. We like our windows open, although not busy at night, early more traffic was noticeable. We then shut the window and as it was double glazed, the noise problem resolved.
