The property is breathtaking. My wife and I have been to Morocco several times, and we have stayed in gorgeous places, but this was the nicest where we have ever stayed. It is understated luxury in the best sense of the words. The staff were unbelievably kind and gracious. We reached out to see if they could help with a ride from the airport, and it was taken care of immediately. We purchased some items from a store that did not arrive, and they called the store and insured the products arrived hours later. The people working here are the reason we love Morocco as much as we do. Thank you, thank you thank you

This stay was the absolute highlight of our honeymoon! The staff were unbelievably attentive and so kind. They catered to our every need and went out of their way to assist us multiple times. The hospitality was next level and they made sure to go over and above for us. We celebrated our honeymoon here and the room service team had left wine and rose petals throughout the room for us - such a nice surprise! The beds were the most comfortable we slept on after travelling through Europe beforehand. The restaurant is also so lovely and we also did the cooking class offered within the hotel which was an unforgettable experience! We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech! Not a far walk from the main markets either. Thank you so much for the stay, we had a great time celebrating our honeymoon!

This place was absolutely a dream come true. You are ever hesitant about traveling to a far off country like Morocco stay here will soothe all of those fears. The staff the food the accommodations were all exceptional. I’ve traveled to many countries and this is absolutely as good as stay as I could ever have expected. My wife and I are truly grateful to everyone at this amazing property.
There was absolutely nothing that I would change. Everything was outstanding.
