The ryokan is located in the heart of Asakusa with many restaurants nearby. The metro station is only a 5 minute walk away which allows for easy access to other parts of the city. The room was fantastic and I very much enjoyed the traditional style. The view out the window of my room was also great. The woman who runs the hotel is incredibly nice and friendly. Overall, this a great place and I highly recommend it.

Great character and great location. The futons were very comfortable, we slept great. It also had an additional large shared toilet in the hall which was very convenient.

Nowhere to sit
No space for even our meagre rucksacks.
Nowhere to plug in kettle.
TV not tuned to channels
Generally uncomfortable for two people.
More suitable for a single traveller perhaps
