Excellent location. It is an apartment hotel with a lift. There is someone at reception most hours of the day and night but not 24/7 but otherwise there is no other staff interaction. Apartment layout is well designed. We found it easy enough to keep open three large suitcases and still have space to walk around. There is a charging point at each bunk bed which is convenient. Towels are very soft
The shower room turns into a drying room (which is great) but I found it to be very weak. Some clothes left in there for 6-8hours was still damp. Other negative is that there are a few steps to walk up to the hotel so my husband would have to carry the stroller up the steps each time. I wish there was a small ramp so we could just push up then into the lift then into our room

The location is great! The place is small but had everything we needed. Just enough for 1 adult and 3 big kids. Considering it’s Tokyo it’s quite acceptable.
It was a little small, I reckon it was just enough but would have liked for it to be a little bigger.

Location was great and room size decent.
Host on arrival extremely unfriendly, offered no guidance and told me to refer to email. Not a nice welcome. Down the side of the bunk bed absolutely filthy with bits of trash that had never been cleaned (see photo). Rest of room cleanliness ok.
