Being asked to ensure quietness both AM and PM. There were 5 of us and we had varying hours based on activities. We felt we could not just be comfortable while in the apartment.

Check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The accommodation had excellent facilities and was very well equipped, even including a ceiling dryer which kept our washed clothes dry overnight — a very useful feature. The size of the accommodation was good and it came with 4 queen-size mattresses, comfortably fitting 8 people, although this did leave limited space for luggage in the bedrooms. This was not an issue for us as we placed our luggage in the living room. The location was excellent, with Kuramae Station just a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation was also very clean and well maintained.

The air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms (the room nearer to the toilet) was not working properly as it was not blowing cold air. The room also had a musty smell, which made the stay in that room quite uncomfortable.

The facilities are well prepared. The unit is clean and easy to find. It is near to Asasuka line and Tori line. Walkable to Asasuka multiple tourists spot and convenience stores are all nearby.

If the beds can be raised higher it will be perfect.
