We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is located in an amazing location, and the staff were all very nice and friendly. A special thanks to Naida, who truly stood out — she took us around the property and does her work with so much heart and passion. Since we were traveling with two kids, we had originally booked a two-bedroom apartment, but they kindly upgraded us to a three-bedroom so we could be fully comfortable. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable. We are definitely coming back — and we look forward to meeting our friend Naida again!
Everything else about our stay was wonderful, but one thing that could be improved is the housekeeping service. On the second day, the room wasn’t cleaned properly and basic items like coffee and supplies were not refilled. Since we were staying in an apartment, there was no phone inside to easily contact the staff, which made it a bit inconvenient. Having better follow-up on daily cleaning and an easy way to reach reception from the apartment would make the experience even better.

Lovely hotel, good breakfast, nice big rooms, good indoor wellness facilities
When we arrived in mid September, the outdoor pool had already been closed, despite it being 28 degrees outside. That was a shame and we weren’t told in advance

This hotel was truly fabulous — everything was perfect from start to finish. The restaurant was outstanding, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
