Excellent modern venue

Welcoming and friendly helpful staff throughout the venue. Room was very spacious and really clean with fresh decor. Quiet location and food in the restaurant was well priced and with plenty of choice for every taste. Breakfast was freshly cooked and was generous and very tasty. Plenty of parking and centrally located for lots to do.

Great location and lovely staff. The breakfast was as good as anywhere we've stayed and the dinner at night was very good in an extremely busy restaurant. Very reasonably priced.

Noisy lorries unload at 5am to supply supermarket opposite, and breakfast service, food not so good at breakfast and no restaurant service on the 2 days we stayed for an evening meal

Location and the size of the room.

Room was very warm, and bed was not uncomfortable. When we arrived at 14.35hrs the receptionist was on a personal telephone call, when she noticed us at the desk she stated ‘check in isn’t until 3pm’ and then continued with her call. When she finally spoke to us and took payment we were handed a room key. We received no details on location or times for breakfast. Not the reception we expected.

Good & Bad.

The hotel was average, and most staff were pleasant , good parking, very clean.

After we checked out, the hotel phoned me and asked, " By any chance, has one of our room cushions accidentally fallen into your suitcase" Housekeeping couldn't find a cushion, so we were literally being accused of stealing a used bed cushion from a 3 star hotel. I told them, their cushions were put on the side table. Before we got into bed. We had one small bag between 2 people. No space for a cushion, if they only had checked the cctv. Very insulting. Also it was overpriced, as it was Golf Open Week. Very little accommodation left in area.

Musky smell in room No fresh drinking water in rooms for £250 for one night thank god security got us a glass water an ice for bedtime ,for the price it was to stay it wasn't great maybe because the golf was on too tho it was that expensive Bed was outdated mattress was well worn very light no support whatsoever 10.05 am cleaners knock door an enter while we still in bed not good enough check out is 11am no call to be in before that time is very rude !

Conveniently close to all of Portstewart and the beach. Clean fresh decor. Staff friendly and helpful.

A little disappointed with the breakfast. Was given a cup of coffee rather than a usual pot. Apart from fruit and yoghurt there was not a gluten free cereal alternative provided.

Perfect Easter break.

Breakfast was excellent. You had to hand in your menu the night before. We had a meal that night which was very good. The room was very good and a generous size.

The rooms are probably due an update, as are the bathrooms but that would probably cause a rise in prices.
