Stunning location - highly recommend!

Beautiful location! Stunning views of Limone from our room. Easy walking distance to Limone centre. Friendly & attentive team everywhere in the hotel. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a suite, which was just amazing! It made our stay in Limone even more special and we will definitely be back! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good with a nice view over the Garda lake.

The attitude of some of the reception employees. There seems to be a selective arrogance towards visitors. Not sure what is the selection criteria, but i guess the colleagues must know. At arrival I have been told that there was no reservation for a parking spot and parking was full, while booking.com indicates that there is no possibility to make a reservation. There is also no mention of limited parking possibilities. The wifi signal is very bad. At our room and most of the hotel area it was not possible to connect to the internet by laptop. Therefore, do not go to this hotel if you need some time on your laptop for work (or other purposes). When informing reception, they told me literally: “Regarding YOUR problem, we do not have a solution”.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to old town centre Discount vouchers for the ferry plus welcome drinks were appreciated Pool a great temperature although difficult to get sunbeds mid afternoon

Surprised that none of the reviews have mentioned just how tiny the rooms and bathroom are. We had hand luggage only and it was a squish An unfortunate incident with clothing being removed with the bedding which was remedied by reception

Great choice for a stay in Limone. Everything you need - excellent.

Beautiful hotel with good amenities, but the stand out for us was the staff. They were exceptional. Friendly, attentive and good fun, especially the bar staff (Michelle, Simone and Lorenzo).

The room numbering was a little confusing to begin with, but not a problem.

The deluxe room was amazing and totally worth the extra price. Waking up every day to that view was amazing. The location is perfect, close to the boat so easy to get about. The town itself is the best at lake Garda. So quaint and perfect. Good car parking. Lovely view from hotel bar.

The breakfast in the morning wasn’t for us. Same thing everyday but plain and no flavour. Croissants were not fresh. However, there is a good choice for everyone but unfortunately for us it just wasn’t great. The church bells and boats did wake us up from 8am. So if you aren’t an early riser you will not like this.

Tranquility and calm

Everything really. The communal areas were all very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

The walk to our rooms from the reception/restaurant area involved 2 lift rides and a long walk . However it was worth the trek as our rooms were really nice with amazing views.

Classic Mid-60s Italian resort hotel along beautiful Lake Garda

Located out of the main hustle and bustle, easy walk south to restaurants and north to bike path along lake and other cool restaurants.

Breakfast was like a place for bus loads of people. I did not expect the hotel to be so huge. Maybe a hundred people self serving from a huge buffet. Many people would enjoy this, but it was too touristy for my taste. Place was difficult to find. A GPS code would be excellent to add to Booking.com.

Location and personnel were excellent. They had parking, it was easy to get to, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel public areas are all beautifully up to date. Hotel rooms were a mix of new and old decor. Bathroom was a tight fit!

Pleasant

The view from the room was amazing.

There was a problem with the air conditioner, which did not work for one day and one night. There was also a problem with the shower during both days of our stay. The water temperature was not constant and kept changing towards hotter and then towards colder all the time. There was also annoying loud music until 23:00 one evening.

Great location- near to public beach, near to city center. perfect view from the balcony. thats all... serves prosecco on breakfast, lot to choose from, lack of vegetable (only pickles)

the beds were horrible, with hollow in the middle - very used very old. The light in the room was on even if you switch it off. We asked staff for repair/exchange but nothing was done from their part. the AC doesnt work on higher floor. It is not probably too strong, so it was hot in the room even it was on. We couldnt sleep whole stay :( the highest floor is under reception, you will hear everyday the cleaning lady vacuming the place and hitting the furniture- everyday at 6 AM.
