OK if all you need is a bed for the night

Adequate if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep overnight to break a journey. The room was big and clean enough, the shower was a good size and I appreciated a decent reading light at the bead head. Free on-site parking was apprciated.

The hotel is situated on a very busy road junction and traffic noise is constant although just about tolerable. It is situated in a bit of a wilderness on an industrial park, I’d been riding in motorcycle gear on a hot day and was desperate for a cold drink on arrival but there is nothing around (according to Google maps the bar the receptionist mentioned was a 33-minute walk away). The entrance door to the room tended to stick and was difficult to open, the basin appeared to be blocked and only emptied slowly. I was a little underwhelmed by the breakfast offering. It wouldn’t be the end of the world if I had to stay here again, but I’d look for alternatives first…

Nice quiet hotel, 10 km from town Tourcoin. Close to shopping centrum and retourants. Bus connection available. Big free car parking place. Pretty clean and comfotrable. Nice and polite staff. Testy buffet breacfast. Highly recommended for adult travelerrs by car.

No air conditioner, but temperature in the room was comfortable even at 34⁰ outside.

Good bathroom. Good bed. Possible to make a cuppa coffee or tea. Good breakfast. Good parking ( closed at night).

The lady at the desk was really rude. I arrived at 2.55 and she told me, in a rude way too, that they didn't open untill 3! And then complained about her work...Luckily her kind colleague took over. I was at the ground floor, and other guests were passing by my window and peeping in, so I had to close the curtains...

We liked how practical the room was. It had a shelf where you can put a phone to charge, it had a corner space for your bags, that was awesome. Bathroom was very spacious too and bed very comfy. Very nice room overall, new and very clean. We read that it can get noisy from the street, so we brought ear plugs and it was perfect, the noise didn't bother us.

Can't open the window without being seen from the outside. Some sort of mesh curtain would be appreciated, as it can feel a bit claustrophobic.

Location was good for a short stopover. Bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a kettle and instant coffee in the room

Room was rather small and since there was no air conditioning, the room was sweltering in the heatwave we were experiencing. The breakfast would have have fine had the food been adequately covered; unfortunately there were flies buzzing around and settling on the food.

I rented a room on the 0th floor. it is very convenient and also well suited for people with disabilities. the room has everything you need. the room was well cleaned, clean sheets, large bathroom. There is a TV, kettle, coffee and teas. the staff is very polite and nice. The hotel is not far from the road, which is very convenient. earlier I read comments that people were bothered by noise from the road, but I didn’t hear anything, I was sleeping and it didn’t bother me at all. those who are confused by these comments, do not pay much attention to it.

I liked everything, but it would be great if the check-out was at 12:00. I wanted to relax more :)

It s the perfect place for one or two nights, it may not be five star but you really have everything you might need, comfortable beds, good shower, there is a bar and they replaced the towels, wauw

Easy parking, close to room. Clean and tidy with kettle, tea & coffee. Excellent service to facilitate my late arrival!! Able to take my dogs with me.

Descent accommodation

The location is very handy. Skipping the traffic of Lille. Nice rooms with comfy bed.

A lot of noise from people coming back to the facilities early hours in the morning. Generally, the level of noise was higher than expected due to the highway being in the proximity.

Camere ampie e parcheggio interno. Lo staff gentile e disponibile inoltre hanno un numero di emergenza in caso ci sono problemi negli orari di chiusura della reception.

Struttura vecchia necessita di ristrutturazione. A ridosso dell’autostrada in alcune camere come la mia si sente il traffico.

L’accueille du personnel et l’écoute des personnes qui travaille dans l’établissement.

Pas d’eau chaude ni le soir, ni le matin. Patronne qui ne rappelle pas un client qui est déçu. Un simple message pour me faire 20% de remise la prochaine fois pour revivre la même chose. Un problème d’eau chaude peut arriver, mais la moindre des choses est de contacter le client.
