A lovely weekend stay in Bad Kreuznach.

Soft carpeted flooring in the bedrooms. Beautiful view of the river. My younger children breakfasted for free. Delicious fresh bread rolls as part of the breakfast meal. Very central. Free bus travel as part of stay.

The lift was a slight squeeze.

Bad Kreuznach is a spa town with lots of hotels but few with own parking.

Location on the side of the River Nahe was ideal. The staff went above and beyond as they had been unable to reach us to say Reception closed at 2pm and we're prepared to await our arrival. The elevator was a godsend for us. Breakfast was adequate.

There are about eight steps up to the front door, but there is a lift in the hotel which is rather small but adequate.

The location is good. Specially the surroundings.

1) Noise: First night it was impossible to sleep due to the noise of a party in the restaurant below (until 1.40 a.m.). Probably, somebody called the police to stop it. No management in the hotel to compaint to. I did telephone to the numbers provided by the hotel, but unfortunately no answer. The morning after and during breakfast, guests were complaining about the same problem. Next 2 nights, the noise kept going until 23 p.m. (not too bad as the first night). 2) No compensation for the disturbed night. I tried to book a room in another hotel unfortunately, no chance. 3) The hotel management was poor. 4) Cleanless: wash basin. 5) Some staff dress code ....

Schöne Tage im Hotel Victoria

Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage, schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die ganz nahe Nahe, ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, eine ganz nette und aufmerksame Dame kümmert sich ganz toll um das Wohl beim Frühstück, ein netter und sympathischer Hotelbesitzer, Aufzug vorhanden, Kurpark, unser Thermenbesuch war angenehm, Innenstadt, Cafés und Restaurants alles in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen nach ca. 15 Minuten. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel vorhanden, 6 Euro pro Tag. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und würden es sofort wieder buchen. Kühlschrank und Safe waren auch vorhanden.

Ich habe mich im Hotel Victoria sehr wohl gefühlt und werde es in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Mein Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich, und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war gut und bot alles, was ich brauchte. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Chefs, mit dem ich ich mich sehr nett und angeregt unterhalten habe und dessen Hilfsbreitschaft ich sehr zu schätzen wusste. Alles in allem habe ich mich im Hotel Victoria sehr wohl gefühlt und kann es guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Die Zimmermädchen hatten 2 Tage lang übersehen, dass der Spender mit den Kosmetiktüchern leer war. Am Ankunftstag waren nur noch 3 Tücher im Spender, und ich war davon ausgegangen, dass er nachgefüllt würde. Das schmälert meinen guten Eindruck vom Hotel nur ein wenig, trotzdem möchte ich es erwähnen.

Es war ein wundervolles Wochenende

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das Personal und der Chef waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotel ist super, man war in 3 min am Badehaus und in 10min im Kino und in der Fußgängerzone.

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was fantastisch - de extra kosten voor een kamer met rivierzicht is het dubbel waard! Het is fijn dat er een behoorlijk restaurant bij het hotel zit.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe von Therme und Kurzentrum. Wunderbarer Blick vom Hotelzimmer auf dem Fluss. Gute Lage, um kleine Ausflüge zu Fuß in der Nähe zu unternehmen : Roseninsel, Salinental. Gastfreundliches Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Es war sehr schön auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Es wurde uns auch - vor der Frühstückszeit - Kaffee gekocht, den wir auf dem Zimmer genießen konnten. Es herrschte insgesamt eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Atmosphäre.

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal und zentraler Lage.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, mit einem leckeren Frühstück auch auf der Terrasse möglich. Sehr netter Empfang, auch wenn man mal später kommt.

Im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen sind die Zimmer im dritten Stock unter dem Dach sehr warm. Da hilft auch der vorhandene Deckenventilator wenig. Die Tiefgarage ist auf jeden Fall nur für kleinere Fahrzeuge zu empfehlen.

Zimmer am Fluss

Ruhige Lage am Rand des Kurzentrums. Sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant im Haus mit Terrasse am Fluss. Diese Terrasse kann auch zum Frühstücken genutzt werden: Man bedient sich innen am Buffet, die Plätze werden nach Bedarf aufgedeckt. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Tolle Lage & guter Service

Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss und in der Stadt. Frühstück auf der Uferterrasse. Tolles Entgegenkommen für mich als Radfahrer (mit nicht so billigem Rennrad). Das Restaurant nebenan ist zu empfehlen - Reservierung ist sinnvoll.

Die Straßenlage kann etwas unruhig sein, wenn man das Fenster zum Abkühlen öffnet.

Die Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf den Fluss, das freundliche Personal sowie die Möglichkeit auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Fluss das gute Frühstück zu genießen.

Das Badezimmer war recht klein für die Größe des Zimmers und die Duschtür bedarf einer Reparatur, da diese nicht mehr selbsttätig geschlossen hat und man sie zuhalten musste, um nicht das Badezimmer zu fluten.
