Wooooowwwwww, dieser Aufenthalt in Bad Kreuznach war unbeschreiblich 🤩 Ich würde sehr gerne viel mehr, als nur 10 Sterne, vergeben! Von der Buchung und ein Telefonat zwecks Parkplatzes im Vorfeld, über das Einchecken, der Aufenthalt und das Auschecken waren wir rundherum mehr als zufrieden: wir haben uns "ehrlich" willkommen gefühlt und jeder Wunsch wurde umgesetzt, teilweise schon, ohne davon zu sprechen. Die Küche des Apartments war komplett ausgestattet: Backofen, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle... Das Frühstück in der Kaya-Residenz muss unbedingt genossen werden: frische Backwaren vom Bäcker, keine !!! TK-Ware, türkische Spezialitäten, Kaffee, Tee, Kaffeespezialitäten und Çay, es fehlte an nichts... Abends haben wir auch im Hotel gegessen und wurden kulinarisch sehr verwöhnt; das Steak war absolut auf den Punkt, großartig! Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Bad Kreuznach bin, ist die Kaya-Residenz meine 1. und wohl auch meine einzige Wahl.
Ich habe überlegt und kann nichts finden... ;-)

Das Hotel ist herausragend! Wir haben selten eine solche Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Top ausgestattete Zimmer, gespickt mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Schokolade, Cola, etc. Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Den Chef haben wir auch kennenlernen dürfen; ebenfalls ein herausragend freundlicher Mensch! Die eine Nacht im Hotel hat uns bereichert; das gibt es wahrlich nicht oft! Tipp: Auch das Frühstück dazu buchen, es lohnt sich! Sollten wir wieder nach Bad Kreuznach fahren, wird es definitiv wieder dieses Hotel werden!
