For a one day stop over I would not recommend the city or hotel

The rooms seem to be recently renovated

We were missing an atmosphere in the hotel. We were charged 35 euro for the dog while there was nothing provided for the dog, no water or food bowl, no blanket. We understand that there is an additional feel as some dogs might require additional cleaning. This feels out of proportion.

The minibar was not topped up daily in the family suite, no bathrobes provided and we needed more large towels. The hotel across the way paid cheaper parking and had bathrobes and direct access to the pool.

Will not go there again

I booked this hotel because it supposedly had a great restaurant, and after a full day driving on my motor cycle I was in for a treat. However, the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. So I selected this relatively expensive hotel for nothing. The best reception could offer to point us to a pizzeria down the road. She did not even offer to check whether they had space and make a reservation for us.

Breakfast was very good and the outdoor seating area was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very good with easy access into town or for walks along the river or through the various parks. Would recommend this hotel.

Great location

Staff was not pleasant overall, and we were charged for passes for a local train and bus which we did not want or use. Told there was no option not to be charged.

The staff were very friendly and despite the number of guests staying we were treated as if we were special. The staff in the restaurant recognised us even after the first day.

The pillows in the bed were too soft and I thought that as a guest at the hotel we should not have been asked to pay for the swimming pool facilities.

Comfortable stay near the thermal baths

We arrived quite late. The guy at reception was very helpful and gave us a map and some directions to the old town. The room and bathroom were well equipped. We did not have breakfast so can't comment about that, but the coffee machine in the room was great. We booked as the thermal baths were very near and that was great. We went there after checking out and before making our way on to Calais for our crossing back to the UK.

Our room was a bit too hot, but that's just our taste. The beds were a bit hard for us.

Really like this hotel. The room was very spacious and beautiful. They have offers with the spa and the parking lot. Breakfast is very complete.

The bed was not a double one but two twins stick together so the mattress had a gap between them

The Best Hotel in Cologne

Fantastic staff who went out of their way to make our stay superb. Jenny, Katie, Mathias from Dorian were all great. Kudos to Mathias especially. Great rooms and comfy beds. Really clean and a great location.

A Friendly and Comfortable Gem Near Everything

Wonderful location near thermal baths, river walk, park, and the old city. Excellent breakfast, friendly service, fine ala carte dining also.

Translucent bathroom door is always a puzzle. Looks pretty but it's not practical for mid-night bathroom trips without flooding the bedroom with light.

Modern hotel. Central location close to thermae and city center. Ebikes safely stored in a separate room where we could directly charge the bikes. The breakfast was extensive and excellent

clean nice rooms with balcony. friendly staff. easy ti get to parking was easy

the air conditioning didnr appear to work and this is the reason we chose this property over the other one across from it. It got too warm at night but luckily we could open the balcony door for air. of course that may have let bugs in so it’s not ideal. they need to check into the AC system. also I wasn’t happy the therme was closed - it didn’t seem clear enough when I booked the room.

Clean, Comfortable, and Close

Great value for money in a wonderful location, short walk to thermal baths, walks along the Nahe River, excellent breakfast buffet, but also good dining in the evening, exceptionally friendly staff.

Great value and the perfect location to see Bad Kreuznach on foot!

Breakfast was excellent! Nice selection and well attended by the wait staff. Room had a large balcony overlooking the parking lot, but all of the amenities were good. Location is set in the middle of the two major spas and walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Shower is small.
