Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean hotel and clean room. Plenty of room and storage areas for clothes. Most of the staff spoke some English so that very was helpful. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Nicely located near Bad Kreuznach and Bad Munster.

The shower was a little small, but then again, I'm an oversized American, so I take as my fault, not the hotels.

Overall a disappointment. Will not return.

Beds and PILLOWS lumpy, soft, uncomfortable. Shower and bathroom very small. Breakfast adequate but nothing special or particularly appetizing. Parking was always a problem. Too few spaces for the guests. Staffing seemed limited.

Sehr gemütlich und sauber mit freundlichem Personal!

Mir hat gefallen, dass das Hotel wirklich gemütlich gehalten ist und es noch richtige Schlüssel statt Karten gibt (gibt mir selbst ein sichereres Gefühl) Auch fand ich besonders toll die Möglichkeit statt Frühstück ein Lunchpaket zu bekommen! Und es gab auf dem Zimmer auch einen Wasserkocher sodass man sich Tee oder Pulverkaffee selber machen konnte. Alles war sehr ruhig und gemütlich.

Matratze leider zu hart für mich. Das Frühstück war den Preis leider nicht wert. Es fehlte das Spiegelei oder auch das Nachlegen der Sachen auf den Platten.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos und direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Lage ist insgesamt recht ruhig.

Es gibt kaum Restaurants in der Nähe, so dass man bei schlechtem Wetter sein Auto bewegen muß. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, aber ich persönlich fand die Matratze nicht bequem. Auf dem Balkon fehlte ein Tisch.

Preis ok, Lage gut, werde wieder kommen.

Es war ok, nicht so wie in booking.com beschrieben, aber ok, nur wurde ewig nicht das alte Geschirr der Gäste abgeräumt, die vorher gefrühstückt hatten. Ich musste mir einen Platz suchen und das Geschirr auf die Seite stellen; wahrscheinlich war eine Aushilfe krank; Kaffemaschine streikte, Wasser musste nachgefüllt werden.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel direkt über den Salinen

Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal , beim Frühstück wurde nach den Wünschen für die Eierspeisen gefragt. Frischer Obstsalat, wegen meiner Allergie wurden auch andere Früchte gereicht. Gute Auswahl an Wurst, Käse , Gemüse und Brötchen. Es liegt genau über den Salinen , mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Bad Kreuznach , 2 Restaurants in der Nähe , indochina Palace sehr zu empfehlen

Hilfsbereites Hotel für Menschen mit Behinderung

Ich war dort mit meinem Klienten, der im Rollstuhl sitzt und blind ist. Wir haben jeder ein Zimmer gehabt, für ihn war es nach kurzer Orientierung mit Hilfe möglich alleine in dem Zimmer zu agieren. Es wurde vom personal Immer Hilfe angeboten.

Umständlich war, das er nicht mit Rollstuhl in den Frühstücksraum konnte, dafür wurde aber auch eine Lösung gefunden.

Kurzurlaub eine Nacht

Schönes Zimmer, sauber, mit Föhn,Kühlschrank mit minibar und Kaffee und Teebereiter inkl.tee und Kaffee inkl tassen und Gläser. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Ein und Auschecken völlig stressfrei. Zimmer mit Balkon. Günstige Lage, mehere Restaurants in 6-15 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Für 3 Nächte vollkommen in Ordnung

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut. Für Einzelzimmer ein wunderbar breites Bett (auch gut für meine ältere Reisebegleitung). Schöner, sonniger Balkon. Das Frühstück bot eine sehr gute Auswahl an. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Lage zu den Kureinrichtungen, Gradierwerken und der Stadt war optimal. Es gab Hoteleigene Parkplätze.

Am Tag vor der Abreise hätte man kurz kommunizieren können(vom Hotel aus), dass am anderen (Abreisemorgen) die Rezeption tatsächlich erst ab11:00 besetzt ist.(wir wollten gegen 9:00 abreisen). Hat aber trotzdem geklappt. Ein Stuhlpolster für den Balkonstuhl habe ich vermisst. Die Parkplätze waren nicht ausreichend. Wenn man etwas später "heimkehrte", gab es nur schwierig eine Alternative.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück!

Freundlicher Empfang, gutes Hotel mit eigenem Parkplatz und sehr gutem Frühstück. Fußläufig nach Bad Kreuznach und Bad Münster/Ebernburg. Unser Zimmer war ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch war alles OK, alles sauber und funktionsfähig. Die Aussicht vom Balkon Richtung Salinental ist durch Bäume verhindert, aber trotzdem ist die morgendliche Sonne angenehm zu nutzen. Es gibt einen Abgang für Fußgänger hinter dem Hotel, der den Weg zum Salinental verkürzt.
