Hotel is a little way out but there is a regular bus if you’re not driving a short distance from the hotel.

Really enjoyable,

We stayed here for nights and really enjoyed our stay, across the road there is a sports field where we spend most of the time playing in the snow. We loved the pool and the bowling and large indoor kids play area, with trampoline

better food options alot of chips.

Great base for exploring Rovaniemi

Warm pool was great to warm up after cold day out. Breakfast was great and we liked the buffet meals available at dinner time for a simple and budget option of feeding the family. Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient short walk to local supermarket.

Beds weren't the most comfortable but good enough, especially after a tiring day out.

Lovely enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed the laid back feel of this hotel and how friendly the staff were. The children enjoyed swimming and bowling, and the play area was useful when we were chilling in between being outside in the snow!

Prices were not cheap but that was the same everywhere we went!

We would definitely return as the facilities met our needs. We felt very safe and secure.

Location, staff and facilities. Great base for families as plenty of entertainment (bowling, sports facilities). The food at the onsite Snackbar was very nice.

Absolutely Fabulous Stay can’t wait to come back!

Loved everything from start to finish the reception staff are so helpful and friendly, rooms are huge and well equipped the pools are great, the soft play and bowling alley are awesome, location is fantastic, northern lights visible in 5 mins from the door, free parking we will 100% be back.

Best place to stay in rovaniemi

We had a great stay at this property. The staff was very helpful and caring. They helped us in every best possible way. I will recommend this place to anyone travelling to rovaniemi. Rooms are clean, gym is world class, breakfast is very good with lot of vegan and gluten free options. Special mention for the staff at front desk as they were very kinda

Camping with the reindeer in SantaSport hotel- lovely nature, OK hotel.

You can walk around the nature, as the hotel is outside Rovainemi center. I loved the free roaming reindeer in the woods around the hotel, as well as the tranquility. Rooms have nice warm showers, comfy beds and some ammenities (microwave, utensils, plates). You can really get moving in this hotel- they have a pool, saunas, huge gym and sports hall. The breakfast was OK- nothing special, and not very tasty, but one finds the basic- eggs, ham, veggies, milk, tea, some sides (potatoes), porridge and local pastry. You will eat plenty, but it is quite bland.

No WiFi was in function, which was a huge problem as no work could be done during the stay. I got a room for disabled individuals, which was not taken care of, as the hotel was booked full. No worries, I still managed in the bathroom, and the room that was large and comfy. The heating in the room was troublesome, too- I was lucky temperatures never went below -2C, had they I would be freezing. The only soulution was taking hot showers, which do tend to heat up the room with steam running around.

We really like this hotel. It offers spacious family rooms with sauna and a kitchenette, great facilities including access to a pool and and gym, and friendly, helpful staff. There is also the possibility to check in after 10 PM, which is very convenient. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Very good experience

Breakfast is really good and you will have much more parking space if you are going by your own vehicle. Staff is very helpful. They have answered many question from us when we do checking in. I would prefer washrooms are more clean.

Location is bit isolated with not a shops closeby. You need to have a car to reach hotel most of the time. If not has to take taxi. Advice if you book hotel better to rent a car from airport. To reaching breakfast area you need to walk a bit and in morning walking this far it's not nice experience.

Breakfast was limited. Bowling had to be booked in advance to secure a decent time. About a 1.9km walk to centre. Only 1 restaurant was in full operation at the time we stayed and not very kid’s friendly menu offered
