The price doesn’t match the quality at all.

Kitchen equipment. Parking place.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend these apartments. The quality of the accommodation is nowhere near what you pay for — it is an extremely uncomfortable place, and we wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here. The owners have not taken care of even the minimum level of comfort for their guests — in other words, you can clearly feel their indifference. For example, the bed is very uncomfortable and doesn’t even have a headboard. Installing one is inexpensive and requires minimal effort, yet the hosts didn’t bother. After a long journey, or if you simply want to rest during your vacation, you won’t be able to relax properly. Instead, you’ll end up with back and neck pain because you have to lean against a hard wall. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and there are no power outlets near the bed to charge your phone. Right next to the bed there are clear glass doors to the toilet — the toilet is literally facing the bed. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. We also kept receiving repeated messages from the owner reminding us of the check-out rules — including at 6:30 in the morning. Overall, the owner has made no effort to provide even basic comfort for guests.

The kitchen is well designed

The toilet has a completely TRASNPARET door (not milky but actully completely transparent) and bathroom is next to the bad. That means that if you want to pee in the middle of night your partner will see you. This is not something that was reasonable for us to think about. When we arrived and saw this I have asked the host to cancel our reservation because obviously it is not sutible for our group (of 3 people). He refused. He did not even agree to cancle the second night of reservation. The entire affair left a bad taste on our trip

The accomodation had everything we needed. It is a very spacious apartment, very clean, and the host is very nice (he helped us with information both before and during our stay). We fully recommend this accomodation.

Location was good - if you have a car - only 5 mins from downtown. New and very good kitchen area, entire interior is remodelled and like new. High quality appliances.

Bathroom door is transparent - made us very uncomfortable to go to the toilet. Can easily be solved with a sticker on the door. Bathroom is too dark. difficult to shower or shave. Suggest install lights for mirror and shower. /fact that apt is upstairs in not highlighted in booking.com listing (only on another page).

Die Ausstattung sowie die Lage war klasse! Der Supermarkt ist nur ca. 2 Minuten entfernt.Topias, unser Gastgeber hat uns vor Antritt der Reise bereits freundlich empfangen und uns seine Hilfe bei Fragen angeboten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten, sogar eine Spülmaschine! Dicker Pluspunkt! Desweiteren war die Sauna toll. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

La Sauna in stanza è molto carina con un illuminazione soft effetto stelle, la vista dal letto da su un boschetto innevato, la zona è tranquillissima a circa 25/30 minuti di camminata da Rovaiemi, sono circa 2,5km la strada per arrivarci è signorile con tante villettine che nel periodo invernale hanno quel fascino natalizio che mette allegria.
