There is a reparition in PB hallway dealing with waste waters - It needs to be completely taken care of. Not a possitive impression to guests

Nice staff but a poorly maintained rip-off.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to a metro station and shopping center.

In the first room I stayed in, the central heating did not work. They had provided an old electric heater which was a fire hazard to use when sleeping. Cold air blew through the closed window. There were two punch-holes in the bathroom door and the « garden view » looked onto toilet paper on the grass, and an empty canister of laughing gas on the hedge. It also looked onto heavy traffic but I had anticipated that from the map. After two cold nights I was moved into another room where the heating worked. It was an improvement but the walls were grimy, the shower head had to be handheld (broken fixture), and the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes. In the hallways and room there were warnings of fines for recreational laughing gas inhalation, which seems to be a problem with their clientele. This is not what one would expect when you are paying €90 a night.

The stuff was really helpful, nice & friendly and my grandpa who does not speak french/ english could easily find his way there. The room exceeded the expectations.

Unpleasant gutter smell in my room throughout my stay

The room stank badly There was an extremely bad & unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, similar to a gutter or drainage smell my clothes were left smelling like that too after i checked out Reception provided me with some bleach and spray but that did not help much - seems like a lot of work needs doing

The stuff were very helpful and friendly. I also liked the fact that the hotel was very clean.

The bathroom door seemed broken on the inside which didn't seem quite presentable. I couldn't sleep well due to the noise made by the passing vehicles on the highway/ road near the hotel. That's got to do with the location+/ room I had been given.

Good location, clean rooms, helpful staffs, excellent parking facility and great value for money

The hotel is in the quiet location but it is not far from the main city. The underground train station is only 6-10 minutes by foot. The bed was quite comfortable although the room was not so big. The most important aspect to me is the cleanliness which I could not complain at all. The parking is spacious and secured. The people at the front desk were quite polite and helpful. Overall, the property was a good value for money.

The property does not have lifts to go to the upper floors. I did not have any heavy luggage with me so it was not really an issue to me.

The hotel is suitable for me. It is near the university. It was my second time in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel is near a supermarket, so it is possible to eat something. The hotel staff speak well in English.
