Great stay for a weekend trip to bundesliga

Avoid at all costs - they will take your money and leave you in the lurch!

Edit. Avoid at all costs!. The hotel are now refusing to refund. I’m disgusted beyond measure. I was trying to be balanced and fair as problems happen and it’s the rectifying those problems that matter. In spite of promising to refund they still haven’t and are now contesting it. I don’t know how they can justify that when we didn’t get into our room and eventually at 630am we’re given access to a different room for a few hours. Avoid at all costs! (When we eventually got help they were terrific and also mortified)- they were but it was empty promised of refund!

I didnt like that we checked in and paid but the machine malfunctioned and didnt give us a room key. I didnt like that someone was already in our bed anyway snoring like a truck. I didnt like that noone answered the phone number on the confirmation. I didnt like sleeping on chairs in reception until 6am when the chef arrived and i dont like that still noone has answered any messages and emails and arranged the refund.

Very friendly and helpful staff, a quiet comfortable room and an amazing location for the airport and trains to Düsseldorf. Would use any time I was flying to/from Weeze.

U can hear a lot of noise ,other guests opening and shouting doors and talking loudly.as a smoker had to keep walking up and down stairs to get outside.some rooms have balconies to smoke witch is good.

Everything was fine, though more fresh fruit at breakfast would be wonderful! I stay frequently,cand would recthe place.

The noisy fan in the bathroom! And rhe bedside lights were hard to switch on...but small issues.

Friendly hotel close to the local airport

A very friendly and helpful manager (Joop) who went out of his way to make us welcome. The bedroom had a super, modern bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean.

The room was very sparsely furnished with no cupboard and only a metal utility bedside cabinet on each side of the bed for limited storage. There was some hanging space for coats etc.. As such, the room was only really suited to a one or two night stay, certainly not for a longer, extended stay. Located close to Weeze(Laarbruch) airport, I suspect that most customers would be those either wanting to stay overnight for an early flight the next morning or those arriving on a late flight needing somewhere locally to stay for a night. It's fine for that purpose. No tea/coffee making equipment provided although the manager did get us a kettle and cups on request.

very happy with our stay and would stay at this Hotel again.

Joost was very welcoming and helpful. He informed us of other restaurant's in the area. He ensured our rooms were ready for 10.30 instead of the 15.00 hrs. The staff that met us in the morning were also very helpful and accommodating helping us with the automated check - in which was not working. They proceeded to help us manually and made us feel very welcome.

The beds were a bit soft.. two pillows would have been better. Only the news channels were in English. TV would have been better with a few more English channels.

Nice place if you can get checked in.

Close to the airport. Good value, small but clean comfortable room.. pizza shop very close by. Internet WiFi excellent.

The check-in procedure was terrible. No instructions on where to go or what to do. Booking.com confirmation said reception should be open when I arrived but it wasn't. Automated check in machine asking for 'confirmation number'.. the only one I gad was from Booking.com and it didn't work. Had to call emergency number to get somebody to check me in.. he seemed rather inconvenienced to have to do this.

Fantastic automatic/self check-in!

The automated check-in is fantastic as I arrived late from the airport! The room was lovely and modern, a great hotel in a good location in Weeze!

Was clean and close to train station

When I was trying to check in nobody was in the reception and the automatic check in didn't work so I had to wait 2 hours untill someone came , at least they gave me small discount , Also the pillows are way too soft.

It was overall good room near Train station in Weeze

the rooms were on other side of restaurant and one has to walk a few meters. were very nice and comfortable room.

there is a bus stop near Hotel towards Weeze Airport. However due to confusion we missed it and had to take a Private Taxi recommnded a day before by hotel which cost us 3 times more fare than a normal taxi would charge. Not sure if the hotel has any colloboration with private Taxi!

A good solution for an early morning flight from Weeze

Excellent for a night stay if you are travelling from Weeze Airport (early) morning on the next day. Parking was easy and free. Machine check-in, very handy for late arrival, worked (after a few attempts). Host was very helpful before check in.

The hotel building is not very fancy and the beds were also not the best for the category. Room was ok but not enjoyable.

Really noisy and no privacy as curtains don't close

Staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was on a busy road which was loud. People kept passing by (we were ground floor) and coming out their rooms and we could hear everything they were saying. The curtains also only come half way across (photo to demonstrate) so there's nowhere to change except the small bathroom, and no privacy as people walk by on the street and look in. Thankfully we were just staying 1 night as our plane arrived late, but it was a terrible sleep.

Great accommodation near the airport (10 minutes with car), with parking place, comfortable bed, it was clean. For an early flight from Düsseldorf Weeze it's a very good option.
