Clean, nice, comfortable beds.

The plastic walls of the shower and the sink in the room were unconvenient.

Very friendly stuff at the reception, the room was modern and very well designed.

I love good coffee at the breakfast. But i think in germany generally the “Filter Café Kanne” is a big deal. Unfortunately i was unable to get a real coffee.. but still I very nice place to stay. <3

The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the centre of the town. The area around the hotel was wonderfully calm and relaxing, with the added benefit of a play park for the children. The breakfasts were great - in fact, we were really impressed with the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful; the food was very good. and the staff coped very well indeed when all 21 members of the family appeared (unexpectedly!) on Sunday morning. We definitely plan to be back.

It was odd not having someone on reception all day, although we did get prompt responses to emails. But someone it's just nice to see someone around, either for quick questions or suggestions, or simply as a presence.
