I went somewhere else for breakfast as your small menu in the room was too expensive
Your Tvs had only 4 channels worth watching. Very frustrating especially at night. I had to come down 8 floors just to get a coke and a snack.
Most hotels have a vending machine on each floor.
Just a thought.

The staffs were nice with us and they even upgraded one of our rooms. Room size is great given the price considering that it’s Singapore where most budget hotel rooms are like shoeboxes. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with ample greeneries nearby. The harbourfront ferry terminal is nearby, easily accessible for those coming from Batam.
The bathroom is a bit small but again we can’t complain much as there’s a premium for space in Singapore.

Great location with easy bus access to nearby harbourfront area (Vivo City, Sentosa etc.). Also, the other direction to Chinatown (bus) & CBD in general (bus & subway). Great convenience! Friendly, helpful staff.

Cleaning was poor, staff was so so,
Bed was not really comfortable and the sheets felt sticky.
Location is not recommended if you want to stay close near the mall or any hawker.
For the price they charge the facilities were poor
