Celkem se jednalo o dobrou lokalitu v blízkosti moře a pláží.
Apartmán je v centru města Grado, takže pěší dostupnost různých obchodů je perfektní. Na pláž bylo pár metrů což se nám líbilo ze všeho nejvíce. Dalé co se nám líbilo byla mimořádně velká teresa u apartmánu.
Na pobytu se nám moc nelíbil ruch a rámus, zejména malých dětí do nočních hodin i přes 23.hodinu večerní. Apartmán nebyl situován okny k moři, ale obráceně do hlavní ulice. Jsme si vědomi, že jsme bylo přímo v centru, ale nechápeme jak tak malé děti mohou řvát a křičet za dozoru svých rodičů tak dlouho do nočních hodin. Jiný kraj jiný mrav. Problém najít bezplatné parkovací místo (bílé čáry), když někdo přijede autem.
