A nice house that unfortunately never gets maintained.

The drains in the bathroom were clogged so very difficult to shower and use the sink. The only electric radiator didn’t work so only a heat pump for the whole house. The sofa was so old and worn out that it was painful to sit there. A cold draft from the window by the sofa. Outside previous guests had accumulated so much crap and old bottles and garbage that it was hard to get out of the car in the carport. Nobody cleans it up. The garbage containers never get emptied so trash is piling up! It seems the owner doesn’t pay for that service. The beds are very narrow!

Gute Lage- Katzensprung zur Ostsee; überdachter Parkplatz

Bisher noch nie ein so schlecht geputztes Ferienhaus übergeben bekommen. Teilweise sehr schlecht gepflegte und verlotterte Ausstattung. Schimmel in den Ecken, in dem einst wohl mal sehr schönem Haus. Am letzten Abend verstopfte/übergelaufene Fäkaliensammgrube- wo soll man und die Kinder auf die Toilette gehen? Servicetechniker wurde für den nächsten Tag versprochen- da reisten wir ab, keine Ahnung wie es weitergegangen ist. Wir wollten nach Mitteilung des Schadens (übergelaufene Fäkaliengrube) nochmals etwas nachfragen- nur noch Anrufbeantworter erreichbar, niemand ging mehr ans Telefon. so stelle ich mir ein Notfalltelefon und Service am Kunden nicht vor!

Godt hus til en familie ferie med hund.

Ro og fred. Gode senge. Godt indrettet. Vi måtte ha’ hund med. Familiespil og gode terrasser.

Gulvet i badeværelset er skævt, så vandet løber væk fra afløbet. Meget fugtigt hus. Finish af renovation af huset er virkelig dårligt.
