Enjoyable place to watch the start of a memorable event

Very quiet and secluded location, which was nice in the evening for a gin and tonic on the terrace. We were also able to park and recharge our electric car without issue at the property using the owner's own e-charging facilities. We travelled to see the start of the Tour De France in Vejle and I picked the property because it was within walking distance (approx. 4.5km) from the centre of town race day. The owner was very generous in letting us stay a few extra hours in the room without charge on the morning as the roads were blocked and were unable to drive out of Vejle and the surrounding area. As such, we parked the car at the property and then walked into town to watch the start of the race.

We had arranged an earlier check-in time and unfortunately on arrival the owner forgot that we were checking in an hour early, as such it was by chance that we met the owner's wife who let us into the property. The property was very warm without the windows open in the evening.

Quiet and nice location, not quiet room

location in nice and quiet. convenient.?.

Room in not small, it’s extra small. it should be advertised for only one person. Very bad sound proofing as you can hear everything from next door. Lack of detail, towels all different colors, items that should not be in the room. its not very attractive to the eye but of course this is subjective. it’s a pity because it looks like they might have nicer rooms but I guess we will never know.

A perfect peaceful escape.

welcoming hosts, perfect location for exploring Vejle and the surrounding areas. We had the apartment sleeps 4 and a small bedroom sleeps 2, both were comfortable and well equipped, with patio furniture to enjoy the sun. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful.

The rooms are good, functional, and nice bed and bathroom. Located between Vejle and Jelling gives you al the opportunities to experience Denmark

Book this one!! You won’t regret it

Stayed here myself and my 3 year old. Lovely place, lovely service and amazing surroundings. Absolutely going back there next time travelling to Denmark. Less than half an hour drive to Legoland, perfect to stay with children. The breakfast was amazing, brought to the room and more than enough. Hanne made sure we had everything!

It gets book fast so make sure you do it with good time. I wish l could have booked one of the appartments instead of the small room. Still it was good for 2 nights.

Stingy owners

Quite

The room was so extremely small that 2 people had to always think through all the movements, if one is in the shower, there is no place for the other person to stand by the sink. If you want to open a drawer to take out the towels, you need to close the door first, if you want to throw the trash in the bathrom, you close the door, drag the trashcan out and then step on it to open otherwise it will be blocked by the chest of drawers. Everything is a puzzle there! In such an expetionally small room the owner placed some random things like a broom and a bunch of some random crap. It felt like we were staying in a closet with a bed. There was some coffee but no cream and sugar. All in all it felt extremely stingy and bad value for money. This place was not made with love.

Perfect place, we will come back!

Wonderful landscape, very clean, very nice host, well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds. Spacy room and terrace. Carefully designed. Coffee, tea, sugar, spices available. Playground and foolbal pitch around the corner. Thank you for trips reffering to nice beatches :)

In the bathroom no possibility to avoid small flood after shower, but we noticed that is probably typical in Danemark to instal in bathroom "open shower" without shower base under it.

Prima appartement maar een dure kant

Leeftijd kind was verkeerd opgegeven, maar beddengoed etc snel aangepast door eigenaar. We hadden Suite 1 (120 m2), met vrij uitzicht, ommuurd terras met ligstoelen. Grote woonkamer en aan het appartement parkeren. Kinderspeelattributen staan in tuin. Elektrisch auto laden is ook aanwezig. Bedden en douche zijn prima. Alleen autolaadkosten separaat te betalen, niet de elektra voor dagelijks gebruik. Dichtbij Billund/Legohuis/Legoland (30 min)

Vooral keuken en inventaris niet schoon. Onderhoud kan beter. Bank zak je in weg. Stoelen salontafel voelen als een plank. 2 slaapkamers geboekt op booking, maar 1x is een vide. Slaapkamers hebben erg schuine/lage plafonds. Als het licht is ben je direct wakker en aangezien de aangrenzende woonkamer zeer groot en hoog is kun je ook uren zoeken naar je mug. Vaatwasser en broodrooster zou voor een dergelijk appartement ook niet misstaan, al was dit vooraf bekend dat deze er niet zouden zijn. Er is filterkoffie en thee, maar geen melk of suiker. Communicatie met eigenaar kan beter. We hebb en Deense gasten moeten helpen bij hun appartement omdat de eigenaar voor hen niet bereikbaar was. Al met al vinden we het aan de dure kant..

Rustige omgeving, makkelijk bereibaar, makkelijk toegankelijk.

Hygiene: heel stoffig, vuil bestek en borden, oven niet proper. Ruimte: Is niet OK voor 4 personen, 1 Kamer + 2 persoonsbed in de leefruimte is niet hetzelfde als 2 kamers. Geen Kastruimte, enige aanwezige kast zat vol met spullen. Faciliteiten: Koffiezet apparaat werkte niet deftig, viel regematig uit.

Nette kamer met kleine badkamer en buiten op het terras kunnen ontbijten Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en lekker ontbijt

Het matras is niet zo goed, is toe aan vervanging en investeren in een goed matras met een juiste topper zou het overnachten fijner maken In de badkamer zou het goed zijn om een dweilstok en een wisser te plaatsen misschien fijn ook voor de eigenaar De kamer was wel erg warm, ventilator zou prettig zijn ondanks dat het niet warm weer was Op de site staat dat je koffie en thee kunt maken, met oploskoffie en geen koffie melk en geen thee ....jammer ! Met wat investeringen kan dit beter worden gemaakt als doorreis accommodatie Kamer is ook erg gehorig
