About this house rental
At about the same distance from Herning and Vejle lies this charming vacation home with two floors. It is situated on a partly sheltered plot and has a windless terrace. The surrounding terrain is hilly, it enjoys a close location to the forest, lake and river. Namely, the river Gundenå and the lake Rørbæk Sø, both offering beautiful experiences in nature, can be found here.
Fun is a canoe ride on the Gudenå and at the Rørbæk lake you can rent water scooters. An ideal hiking and biking trail is the old, beautiful and varied Hærvej, which winds through the countryside near the cottage. This Hærvej has apparently already been used by the Vikings and the old fortification ramparts and burial mounds tell their silent story of life in ancient times. Furthermore, it is not far to Givskud Lion Park, Tøring Action Park and Loegoland, Legohouse, Denmark's world famous play paradise for the whole family.
