A very uncomfortable stay due to low ceilings, cold rooms, constant noise, unhelpful, rude host.

Parking is available and not traffic to reach the rooms the place is fairly clean and the kitchen is fully equipped, it has a dishwasher and it has a microwave as well as a sandwich toaster.

There is extremely limited space to move around, as the ceiling is very low on the sides. I couldn’t even sit on the couch because my head would hit the ceiling. The same issue exists in the bathroom—every time I used the toilet, I hit my head due to the very low ceiling. The rooms are not heated, and the blankets provided are extremely thin. At night, it gets very cold. The only heater available is a very small AC unit by the entrance, set to 22°C with a low fan setting, and it can barely heat the space at all. This is a horse farm, so early in the morning you can hear the horses exercising and their hooves on the cement floor. This happens directly below the bedroom windows, so if you’ve had a late night like we did, you won’t get much sleep as the horses will wake you up. There are also two very noisy dogs on the property. When we asked the host if they could be kept away from our rooms, her response was simply, “Well, don’t stay here—leave then!” We booked this place for a relaxing weekend and expected comfortable sleep, which is why we deliberately avoided staying in the city center. Unfortunately, it was anything but relaxing. Lesson learned for the future.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PLACE! IS A MONEY TRAP, A SCAM! THE OWNER IS A CON!

everything was very bad, dirty.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! IT IS A SCAM! At arrival the apartment was very dirty, the dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes/cutlery and even inside the closet drawers there was filthy cutlery. The fridge had stuff from other people, the table was dirty and so was insied drawers. The sink was dirty and there were dust bunnies and hairs, all over the apartment, especially when we opened the sofabed. Even item leftovers from other people by the floor around the flat. No beds were made and simply a bunch of bed sheets and very used towels left by a table, bedrom door had punch wholes. TV doen't work. There was no heating, and the apartment was very cold. When I called the owner, she couldn’t care less and simply said she was too busy with guests, and asked me if I thought I rented a room in the Ritz/D’Anglaterre. I sent several pictures (attached) of the apartment to booking.com and filled a complain, their answer was that there was not much they could do unless provide a 15% discount in my next stay. And that was after they saw several pictures that I sent of the state of the apartment and agreed that it was unacceptable! Also, they said that they could not stop the contract with that owner because I was the only one who filled a complaint. Even though that place and owner had very bad reviews stating the same that I complained of, Booking.com told me on the phone that reviews are for different tastes. It left me wonder, if you like a filthy place, then the review can help you find the right place too! That also explained why the owner had laughing smiles in her answers to the messages I sent to her complaining of the place. She knew that Booking.com would let her sell her apartment over their platform and literally scam other clients. To me it was enough to make the most sensible decision I could possibly do. I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO ANOTHER BOOKING via booking.com .

Big apartment with a good location. It is part of the farm and this is problably the reason why everything is not so clean and excellent but apartment itself is great and big.

It wasn't clean at all. No toilet paper. Apartment needs some "hugs and kisses" - half hanging lamp etc.

Free parking 50 meters from the apartment, nice oven and washing machine

Unfortunately our first impression was quite bad - there were black hairs (probably dog's) all around the apartment: on the tables, kitchen cloths, bed linen (the hostess exchanged it immediately for the new ones) and on the floor. The dishes were dirty as well as the oven so we had to wash it all before using it. The guests must be aware that the only way to the bathroom is through one of the rooms (the biggest bedroom).

Ingen rækværk på/ved trappen - små trappetrin - manglende belysning på trappe - flere firecifret koder til nøglen - ingen forklaring til hvordan man åbner nøgleboksen - manglende oplysninger om at man skal have ALT med eks. sæbe/te Dynerne er ‘plastikdyner’ - et håndklæde fælles bade og håndklæde. Helt ok hvis det står der, men ærgerligt ikke at vide det, når man har oplevet mange andre oplevelser på samme niveau i samme prisniveau.

Jó áron, nagyon közel az autópályához, alkalmas a továbbutazóknak. Közeli bevásárlóközpont. Ez egy lovastanya, egy istálló padlásán van a szállás. Lószag van, kosz van, de hangulatos.

A vendéglátó gyakorlatilag nem kommunikál a vendéggel, alig lehet megtudni, hogy hogy lehet bejutni. Ágynemű nem volt felhúzva, az vasalatlan, még a tisztaság kérdése is felmerült. A takarítás mértéke lehangoló.

Ніхто нас не попередив, що готель знаходиться у конюшні. Сам номер не закривався і ключ весь час був ззовні. Фото номера не відповідає реальності.

Крім того що не було відповідності, номер зовсім не прибраний, повно пилу , постіль має відповідний запах. У готель дуже холодно, один кондиціонер без пульта. На кухні в тумбочках максимально грязно, у ванній кімнаті не було ні туалетного паперу, ні мила.
