A great stay

Bolding Apartments was brilliant - clean, comfortable and quiet. Karin was a great host, very good communication and helpful. The property is close to all things Legoland! It was a lovely stay and we will certainly hope to return.

Fantastic location, lovely host and nice apartment.

Lovely area, close to billund but peaceful and quiet, (what i wanted), great play area for the kids, inside was clean and enough space for a family, lots of extra’s (soap for hands and shower, enough towels all shapes and sizes etc) and we were well taken care off! Lovely host, very friendly and made us feel welcome. The only tip or little thing was that it needed some updating like the sofa (was sat on a lot and sank in), the laminate front came off by the dishwasher door on the side, 2 chairs needed new pillows and shower was a bit powerless that kind of stuff. But other then that it was super oke, we only stayed a couple of nights so it was fine.

A brilliant, restful place to stay with children. Great surroundings. Highly recommended.

The hostess was very friendly, gave us the keys and showed us around. The apartment was well furnished and ideal for our purpose. Outside was a superb children's play area with swings, zip line, sandpits and a large summerhouse for guests to use. Like the gardens they were all immaculate. It's a fantastic place to take children allowing a wind down after Legoland/house or just exploring the restful countryside.

While there was a small oven there was no microwave. Not a problem for us at all but might be handy if somebody needed to heat baby food.

Relaxing vacation at Billund

The whole site is absolutely amazing. The playground is very nice and the kids had lots of fun. Also the little paths through the forest and the horses were really nice. The apartments are equipped with Lego for the kids and offer everything you need. It’s the perfect place to calm down after a day at Legoland or Lego house. The drive is just 10 minutes. Karin is such a nice host. We will definitely come back!

Amazing place, highly recommended!

We were a family of four staying at Bolding Apartments for four nights and we absolutely loved it. It is close to all main attractions in Billund. It’s located on the countryside and the surroundings are beautiful. Nice playground that even had a zip line! Spacious fresh rooms and Karin was a brilliant host.

We’d been in Legoland and Lego house, and did some local site seeing trips.

Absolutely fantastic. I loved staying there and can’t wait to come back next time. The host is very friendly and supportive. Room was clean, nice, kitchen fully equipped, I was able to prepare meals. The host offered local eggs, which were so good. It was peaceful and very quiet and was a perfect location to rest from the rush of big cities. There were games and toys for kids available in common area.

Can’t think of anything which I wouldn’t enjoy.

Fantastic!

A peaceful place in nature, ideal for rest and walks in the small forest. Small farm and playground for children, football field, our 9 year old son was especially happy. 7-9 km from Billund, Legoland and Lalandia, an ideal place to stay after a full day of children's games. There is also a souvenir shop, spaghetti oil with herbs, I heartily recommend it. Very interesting decorative items handmade. A perfect concept of a tourist place for rest and relaxation. The apartment is large, very clean and comfortable for several people, it has a small library of books, internet, tv. After a period of several months, here I was inspired to read a book, it was "The Year of Living Danishly: Uncovering the Secrets of the World's Happiest Country" which was among other books in a small bookshelf... Very kind owners of this resort, the fourth generation in the family lives here now. Fantastic, we will come again during the summer, we all agreed.

We like the authenticity of the apartment and the fireplace! It is really cozy. We like the kitchen as well which is equipped with everything you would need to cook a good meal. It is located outside of billind city center thus it is really quiet. At the same time lego house and legoland are still easily reachable with car.

Fantastic family friendly apartment and leisure areas for big and small.

Family friendly area and very relaxed. super clean and kitchen had all needed to enjoy home made breakfast and dinner.

It was just perfect for us. You need a car if travelling to city centre or else there is such good value for money that local taxis do not cost over the price of renting a car.

Great place to stay in the Danish countryside.

I really liked the relaxed countryside feeling of the room I was staying in. Additionally Karin went above and beyond with lending me a charger when I forgot my power adapter for using Danish plugs with my American power cords. Overall the room was great!

Peaceful and cozy place

The room was very clean and all kinds of goods, electronic gadgets etc. was available. The garden, animals, nature and playgrounds are very nice for children. Peaceful and cozy environment. A great country side place to enjoy nature and peace

It is a 10/10 place to stay and a perfect place close to stay near Billund. I visited with my family and our host Karin assisted in all possible manner to make our stay memoriable. She was kind enough to pick up and guide us when we landed in Billund and we found the property has everything that you need the overall stay was much much better than what we thoughts from the initial pictures. We will definitely choose this place for the next visit. Once again thank you Karin for your help.
