A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay in a cozy, welcoming place.

It was a wonderful experience, many thanks to our host, for the warm hospitality. Everything was great, and we were able to fully enjoy the calm and cozy atmosphere. The place was clean and well maintained, with clear instructions on where everything was.

Nice apartment with lovely outside area

Comfortable and clean. Outside was lovely but we didn't get to use as it was a flying visit. Only 10 min walk from city center or 15€ taxi. Very easy pick up of the key. We left the apartment the way we found it, bin bags put out in the outside bin and everything wanted and put away (maybe this is Danish custom but we liked it).

We found the labels everywhere a bit weird (but they were also helpful) but they were everywhere. Having to use the sink in the bathroom to wash the dishes was ridiculous. Shower temp was too hot and we couldn't figure out how towork it out. Apartment nice, the above issues are very small.

Cozy, with a very beautiful garden. Awesome host with a lovely cat who cherished to be pet. Very comfortable beds!

The kitchen sink and main dining area is in the sheltered terrace outside space. This is perfect in summer, but might not be ideal in winter

A very special place to stay in Billund

The kindness of the host, how everything was comfortable, and above all, the magic of the place. The kids were able to play with Legos, the garden space was wonderful. Everything was very close by, in a quiet area. We really enjoyed it.

A relaxing stay

It’s very comfortable and a relaxing place to be and only 10 min waking to the Lego House. The garden and the outdoor fireplace is simply amazing and chilling. Using the outdoor kitchen was a funny experience, though a bit hectic for the first time. The host is also very responsive and constructive to solve our problems. We also had a lot of fun to play with the sweet cat.

The only thing that disturbed me a little bit was probably the curtains/blinds wasn’t covering enough so that my sleep was interrupted when day light came in.

Good location, nice space, just some quirky elements like the sink. Friendly cat!

The location was great as we were able to easily walk back and forth to town/Lego House. The living room was bright. Nice to have coffee machine and coffee available.

Teens reported that the mattresses in the twin room were not that comfortable. There's no sink in the kitchen area, so had to get water from and wash up in bathroom sink. There is a dishwasher, but didn't seem worth using for breakfast bits.

A great place for a family getaway

Such a great place for a family getaway! We spent 6 wonderful days here and loved every minute. The host, Daniel, was super welcoming and attentive — big thanks to him! It honestly felt like visiting distant relatives, very cozy and homey. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The only thing we missed a bit (we're a family of 5) was a dining table inside, but the covered terrace totally made up for it — there’s a nice table, a fireplace, and a BBQ. We spent so many lovely evenings out there with the kids. One of the best parts was the garden — full of plants and little garden beds, plus birds singing in the evenings. And of course, Hazel the cat! She’s so sweet and really feels like the queen of the house. The location is great too — super quiet and peaceful, perfect for evening walks. Shops are just a short walk away, and Legoland is close by.

Quiet place for family

Awesome place for a family to stay during holidays in Billund. Walkable close to the Lego house and grocery shops. Hosts are friendly (the owner and the cat!) and ready to help any time. House has a fully equipped kitchen for making your own food. Microwave, stove, owen, small electric grill available. All appliances are new. Spacious garden and barbecue place is a nice plus for the place, kids loved to go outside. Feels like a small our own quiet world here after long entertainment days in Legoland and Lego house. Place is very clean! Washing machine plus dryer available per need. As well as dishwasher. Super comfy pillows and blankets. I loved the informative labels added all around the house - How to use appliances or what is allowed and what not.

One of the kids bed mattresses is a bit over-used as head was in a down graded angle but easy to fix - just turn around :D

The pictures did not met up with our expectations

There is NO sink in kitchen. The only sink is in the bathroom, where also is placed dishwasher. Tricky, because from property photos it can’t be seen.

Our family loved this place! Clean, quiet and comfotable! Everything we needed was there, the host super nice and helpful. Nice walk from town center (even though there is bus connection to center and Legoland) and to Legoland. Nice garden and barbecue place as well. Felt like a summer vacation home 🙂 for us.

Fantastic stay at Rosengren Residence. Comms with our host, Daniel were brilliant with all instructions very clear. It felt like a home from home, which is all anyone would want. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again, next time we visit the lovely town of Billund.

A perfect place to stay while visiting Billund and the surrounding area.

The apartment is a short walk from central Billund but far enough away for some peace and quiet. The gardens are beautiful and Hazel the cat is a great holiday companion. Beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and hot. The seating/kitchen area is well equipped and comfortable. WIFI is nice and fast and having a smart TV means you have all your entertainment needs if the weather is a bit dull.

Only complaint was the fridge is a little small so it was a bit of an awkward putting a carton of milk in there but we managed. The host has told me they are replacing the fridge with a larger one so that will be perfect for the warmer weather to use the BBQ.

feels so home you don't want to go out.

The apartment is located within walking distance to the center, but so quiet, we slept like babies. Furniture and beds are like new and not just cheap holiday-home-type and we really felt at home. it is well equipped to also cook spaghetti or Sandwiches inside. The outdoor area is under a roof and can also be used when it is rainy. The garden is beautiful. The spacy bathroom has a modern standard. The host answered quickly our few questions.

Really comfy beds and the underfloor heating was a real treat. The kitchenette was perfect for us for a couple of nights stay. The location was great for our visit to the Lego House and we loved all the Lego in the apartment too.

Poor hygiene and terrible attitude / customer service.

First night we arrived, there were no towels! The blankets and pillows were smelly! Even my kids said their pillows stinks! We arrived late around 10pm, so we did not want to wake up the host since it was late. We tried to contact the host the next morning, we did not hear anything back for the whole day. We called and left a message. Knock on the door. No response. Finally we called booking.com They managed to get hold of the host. They showed up around 9:30pm. The host kept complaining about the "Professional Cleaning Service" and booking.com for not delivering messages, as if nothing is their fault and it is all the professional cleaning service and booking.com issues. Finally by 10pm, we received towels and replacement of bedsheeets. We told the host we were not happy about the whole senario. The host told us that we can leave if we are not happy! Unbelievable!!!! It's 10pm! He was asking us to leave at 10pm, with 2 exhausted kids. Very poor attitude. No customer service. No sense of Hygiene. The area was full of ants. See photos. There were used towels in laundry basket from previous customer in washroom. When we complained to booking.com about the towels, he told us that we are making a big fuss and we could have used a t-shirt to dry our body instead of towels. Also we should book a hotel instead of complaining about no towels and smelly pillows and blankets. Can you believe that's his response? Good luck staying there with such customer service.

Amazing place, lovely hosts and great Lego location

Loved the comfortableness of the place. Hosts were very welcoming and amazingly accommodating. We'd the outdoor living space to ourselves and they love when you use the garden too. Everything was at our disposal. The outdoor living space was an absolute hit with our family. It was magic! Logs and fire starters available for fire pit. Barbecue too. We looked forward to eating and relaxing there every evening. Any questions before and during our stay were answered promptly and fully. They are excellent hosts. Short walk from Lego house and not far from Legoland either. Great bus service. Big Supermarket short walk too and good local restaurants..

Very friendly host, always ready to help you with anything you may need. We could leave the luggage earlier and all our needs were attended

Not so private, as I thought based on the description - you actually rent a part of a house, not the whole house. The patio is shared with the owners, it didn't bother me, but took me by surprise. There is a friendly cat on the property (for me it's not a problem, but it should be mentioned for people with allergies), jacuzzi actually not included. But overall our one night stay was very good, thanks

the location is great. the outside area is beautiful.

There is no hot tub despite being advertised heavily in the listing. this was the only reason I booked the property and was not told it wasn’t working until I got there. I would have cancelled the booking had I known it wasn’t available. the bathroom was dirty and you’re supposed to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink? not very hygienic. overall really very disappointing as the rest of our holiday in Denmark was excellent.

Nice stay in Billund

We loved the garden. Very beautiful! The house has everything you need to live in it. There is not a sink in the kitchen, but it can be remedied with the external one. There is a mini fridge and a microwave. The house is 10 minutes from Billund centre where there is Legohouse, restaurant Mini Chef and with a bus you can go.to Legoland. There are supermarkets nearby the city centre. Hospitality is an added value. We had a very early flight home and the owner of the house drove us at the airport at 4am, a kindness you don't find everywhere!

Everything is awesome!

The setting was lovely. Billund is very walkable and this was an excellent location for both the centre, and Legoland. The home was well equipped with everyhting that we needed. The kids loved the lego touches throughout the house. Daniel was excellent with his communications and we really appreciated that.

Location of Airbnb was great for getting fast to the city centre and Legoland. Hosts were very helpful and make our stay very pleasant. Apartment was very convenient and with nice Lego accents.
