Overall positive- great value for money. Basic room with en suite.

Fantastic value for money. Easy check in. Great location.

Almost zero sound insulation between rooms. Neighbouring room’s door was so close to mine, and had a dodgy lock, it sounded like the bloke was trying to break into my room as he struggled to work his lock late at night!!

Overall very good value for money.

Sound installation between the walls is not good, you can hear people 5 doors down in their rooms. Next door room was trying to enter their room but it sounds like they are coming in yours. I could hear the person next door snoring.

University visit

Quite basic but that was fine. At such a good price it was as I expected. Some cutlery/crockery in the kitchen would have been great. Reception area was nice with games/tea and coffee. Staff were lovely. Place was safe, clean and tidy and only 10 mins walk to the city

Friendly, cheap, but not the comfiest!

The check in staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and surrounding communal areas were clean and tidy. It's not too far from Lime St and there are plenty of shops for drinks/snacks. Much cheaper than the other accommodation options for the weekend we wanted to come to Liverpool.

The bathroom was a tiny wetroom - it was impossible to shower without the curtain sticking to us every few seconds! The bed only had 1 pillow each and was not comfortable, I could feel the springs digging in and it was not supportive enough for 2 people to sleep in it as I kept rolling towards my husband! Small thing, but there were no hangers in the wardrobe - wish we'd known that as we could have brought some! Also not necessarily within their control, but the person in the room next door was banging around both nights - the 2nd time from 4am to 6am. The walls of these rooms are thin, if you are a light sleeper pack your earplugs! I wouldn't have been comfortable walking to this location alone at night.

Location was good not so far away from the centre, around 10 minutes walking. The checkin was smooth and very easy.

We got just a set of 2 little flasks of shower gel shampoo for 2 for the two days we stayed :/

Not advisable as if things go wrong there is no support available from Guest365 management.

Location was as expected.

There was no hot water. The 'help' facility was useless. Sent a message just after 19:00 and got no response. Made a phone call at 21.32 and the customer service representative, who was very polite, said that they would either get someone over or change rooms by 22;00. Waited up all night but no one came. This meant that all plans for socialising and even going out to eat were put on hold. Exhausted and uncomfortable went to sleep. The next morning I called 4 times, sent in a video, with varying degrees of helpfulness. The issue was finally fixed at about 10:28.

Shocking accommodation review.

Clean sheets and towels.

Told we couldn't use the kitchen? Why? We bought a kettle to use in the room. No cups, glasses or cutlery, no drinking water marked up! Filthy bathroom with mould on the floor and walls. No bin, 1 pillow, very tired room. Mattress was thin, uncomfortable bed. No written fire instructions in bedrooms. No instructions of meeting place in case of fire! If i was a parent I wouldn't let my children stay in these accommodations.

Great stay, apart from my very loud neighbour

Very clean, staff were absolutely fantastic

Unfortunately accommodation was right next to someone who was very loud and not just in an evening, anytime of the day. I could hear him having his conversation on the phone.

was disappointed because the room was by the main road. the mattress was not the best but we were given towels and toile

the location was not to far away from the centre and within walking distance. it was clean had a good double bed and large en suite bathroom. it had a concierge do felt a safe place to be in.

it was hot and the windows had to be kept open for ventilation. there was no cooling system. the room was on the main road and very noisy because of the traffic passing by. I did not sleep well at all.

Location was good. Short walk into the centre following main paths. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom clean and comfortable.

Basic but had everything we needed and was clean

Easy to find, staff were very hospitable. We knew it would be very basic but actually better than we expected. Tea, coffee and milk provided in the kitchen (served 4 rooms but the other 2 were empty) plus got a few toiletries in the room and towels. Wi-Fi was also free

The location was very convenient for getting to and from Lime Street station and then into the town centre, even the waterfront. It was a quiet area and once the window was closed, there wasn't any major noise from outside at night. Access with the key and the fob was easy enough.

The sink in the bathroom took a long time to drain and the hot water at this sink also took time to come through, causing an issue of the basin filling up while waiting for the water to become hot then having to turn the tap off for a bit! It would be nice to have a bin in the bathroom as well as the bedroom or maybe just the bathroom to cover both.

Staff were very helpful and the location was good - 15 minutes to Lime Street station, but not too busy. I was in town for one night to attend a wedding and wanted something cheap and cheerful, this fit the bill.

Noisy. I was woken up at half four in the morning by a loud machinery noise that repeated a couple of times. Walls and windows were pretty thin, so I heard doors opening and closing in other rooms and some people shouting outside.

Perfect central location for a bed for the night.

This is perfect for a short stay. Great value for money, clean but basic. Single room with own bathroom. Expect student accommodation and you won't be disappointed. Pretty central location, can walk into city centre in 20mins or grab a cab to arrive in 5mins. Staff on reception were very friendly, helpful and accommodating - couldn't have asked for more from them. So helpful.

My room had a little smell of sick but my friends rooms were fine. Could have been an accident in there.

Exceptional

Incredibly friendly and courteous staff' went beyond the call of duty. Room and ensuite bathroom were immaculate. I didn't use the shared kitchen but I wouldn't have hesitated to use it if I was eating in, as it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very safe secure site.

This isn't something I didn't like but it's a comment that I hope will help the providers. The publicity doesn't make it clear that there is an ENSUITE bathroom and a shared kitchen. It would attract more people if it stated clearly that the bathroom was private. Could also mention the games room.

Great if you don’t intend spending much time in the room

This is student accommodation so didn’t expect much - although they provide towels and toiletries which was a bonus. Bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom a bit tired but, it was somewhere to sleep with a hot shower . Quiet as well. Would stay again

It’s student accommodation so pretty basic, although rather better than the student accommodation I remember from 50 years ago! Fine for one person for one night, but that would be enough for me.
