2pillows for 4 people requested 2 more took 2 days to arrive, all windows shades were unusable, shredded and cable tide to prevent use, ceiling fans were not working had to wait 2 days and maintenance arrived with new batteries which we had to replace , luckily they worked then ,but they didn’t hang around to check if that actually was the problem - deposit was absolutely disgusting amount you should verify this on booking , and the worst part is it’s not refunded until 7 days of departure which means they have my money for 3 weeks
