The apartment was great, in an excellent location (very central). Right in the middle of the area of Benidorm, where the large circular outdoor suspended lights are, between the Old Town and the Strip.
I couldn't really say there was anything I didn't like.

Very nice apartment in great location in centre of Benidorm. Would use again. Host was very helpful and lives in same block. Was there to hand over keys. Short walk to beach, shop & restaurants.
Softer pillows would be a bonus.

There was a washing line outside which is good but the indoor airer could have been to bring them in on a night. The space was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The location was good as it was in the middle of the old and new town. Overall very happy.
There was no full length mirror, the only mirrors were in each bathroom. As added extras we would have liked a laundry basket and maybe an indoor airer. Unfortunately there is work getting done on the plaza Square so it was quite noisy most of the day.
