La ubicación , céntrica , con bonitas vistas
El colchón era cómodo
El baño es nuevo.
Todo funciona perfectamente.

The location is perfect for visiting Old town and there are lots of little bars & restaurants close by. There is a proper supermarket around the corner. Taxi rank is at the end of the road ... perfect for getting up to rincon de loix for €6-€8 inc tip 👌
The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The terrace was great for people watching ... something most of us do I believe ha!
No need to go to another building to collect the keys as Marina messaged us the details on how to enter the building a few days before we arrived. Including videos as a step by step guide.
We didn't have to pay the €200 deposit that all other apartments have requested on other stays.
Marina has been the perfect host!
The only thing worth noting is the sun on the terrace lasts until midday but unless they are going to remove the huge building in front then that won't change ... we went to the beach for the sun .... literally a 30 second walk!

Location was excellent
The toilet took a long time to refill, we used a bucket of water instead and only flushed when needed. This was not remedied during our stay!
The bathroom smelt of sewage, we used 2 bottles of pine and a can of air freshener during our weeks stay.
There were no instructions for Wi-Fi and air con.
However communication with agent was good.
