La ubicación es espectacular, igual que las vistas. La decoración es un poco vieja, y un sofa está ya demasiado usado pero por lo demás nos encanto

Al estar en ZBE se debería de informar, y sobre todo que hay que hacer una previa comunicación al Ayuntamiento de que accedes al parking del inmueble con tu vehículo. Está cuestión no aparece ni en la descripción del inmueble ni se explica por la agencia

Location and size

In need of renovation. Dirty kitchen. Shower pressure was only good in one shower. The twin room door didn’t close because the bed was too long. No information in the apartment ie where to take rubbish out etc. also only one set of keys supplied to 5 guests.

The apartment is very well located if you want to be in the center of the action, within a very short distance of all the places of interest and the beach. Fantastic views of the sea, the city skyline and the Mediterraneo Avenue, which is always very lively. Quite large and comfortable apartment. Quick check-in at an agency locker located across the square. The garage space in Benidorm is very convenient.

In winter the apartment is a little cool and the heat pump does not heat the bedrooms enough. To sleep with the duvets we have not been cold. The sliding windows do not close well and the cleaning could be improved but is quite acceptable.

La ubicación es extraordinaria. La plaza de garaje. La piscina.

El estado general del apartamento es bastante mejorable. En concreto el mobiliario de la terraza está indecente. Puede que si la terraza tuviera cerramiento y toldo todo mejoraría bastante. Los sofás y el sillón del salón comedor están demasiado usados.
