Beaucoup trop bruyant côté rue Pas de double vitrage Attention pour les personnes qui ont des enfants les portes fenêtres balcon ne se verrouillent pas et il n’y a pas de volets roulant pour le balcon

Everything you need is on the doorstep. Perfect! Lovely sea view and being a mermaid, I love the sea!

The apartment was perfect. Located on the top floor of an old block, with a partial sea view and just on the edge of the old town. Every amenity imaginable was within walking distance - supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, tapas street etc. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The balcony got a slight sea breeze. Kitchen was well equipped - including 2x kettles (clearly the owners had been reading the reviews!). Shower was good with enough hot water for 3 adults. Aircon good. Wifi good.

Honestly, everything was great. Yes the location is noisy, it is overlooking a busy pedestrian area with cafe's in the middle of the Costa Blanca's main holiday resort. It is supposed to be lively. That is the point. The apartment decor is slightly dated, but not offensively so, and was very clean and perfectly functional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything about this apartment is perfect for a comfortable stay in benidorm access to the apartment is very easy ,there is a small lift that can take you to the correct level the apartment is on. it has everything you could need ,a fully equipped kitchen (no kettle ) It is right next to the old town ,easy access and floor is level. Balcony with sea view. Lots of hot water. Shower is amazing. Very clean . Bed is very comfortable. All the bedding IS spotless . The host is very responsive if you have any queries. The gas was turned of but it's simply a case of turning the gas tap on which is under the sink (2 second job). Definitely will return no question of giving this a five star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment may be difficult to find in the dark so if your arriving late bare this in mind, The "door way" is between barcelø Benidorm beach hotel and nebab Caffe shop. If you want to find this Its this really easily then use the "what three words app.(it's free)and if you input the words. Revolts.deck.clip It'll take you to the access point and il post a picture on the site. but the host does send a map to help . If you need to have access with a wheel chair or are quite disabled then bare in mind the lift is small...ish And It might not be suitable.
