El apartamento es correcto, lo que sin duda destaca es la ubicación: está cerca de todo, puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio, al estar tan céntrico estás cerca de las dos playas y del centro, no siendo necesario coger taxis. Lo de los taxis es importante porque si uno se va a un extremo de la ciudad puede tener una apartamento más nuevo y mejor, pero estaría atado a tener que coger taxis o no poderse mover tanto.
La cama es correcta pero no es la mejor. Y habernos dejado solo un rollo de papel higiénico me pareció escaso.

Nice clean little apartment
Zero communication from the staff tried calling and messaging the office from 4 days before we arrived until we got back home to uk.
No clear instructions on how to get into carpark so had to park our car on the street -
$$$$
