Beautiful neat cottage

Very good location, easy to reach, private parking space. Simple check-in, and all communication with Andrea was very good and helpful! The house was great, the terrace the same! Nicely decorated, and with all amenities available and a fully equipped kitchenette. Summary: everything was perfect for us!

A great destination for a cycling holiday.

The house is a 5 minute walk to the centre of the old town in Villach (restaurants, cafes, shops) and very close to the train station and tourist information centre. A large supermarket and the bi-weekly farmer's market (Markthalle) are also a 5 minute walk away. The property is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a lovely garden. The hosts easy to communicate with and offered lots of useful information which enhanced our stay in the Karnten region.

There are trains that go by the back of the house that can be quite noisy. At first we were concerned, but found they did not interfere with our sleep.

War mit einem Freund 3 Nächte in Villach und haben eine Rollertour gemacht. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, Anreise und so hat tadellos geklappt, sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben nicht viel Zeit im Quartier verbracht und weder Küche noch TV genutzt. Schlafsofa war besser als ich es sonst wo gewohnt war. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum - und wieder zurück.

Zum Schlafzimmer kommt man nur über das Bad/WC, da ich mit einem Freund unterwegs war, war das etwas unpraktisch. Man hört die Züge relativ laut.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit zentraler Lage in Villach

Tolles Ferienhaus mit super Ausstattung. Lage war sehr zentral, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich mit tollen Tipps und Empfehlungen rund um Villach. Check in und Check out war extrem unkompliziert. Auch die Nachbarin des Hauses war super nett und freundlich. Unsere Kinder waren hier sehr willkommen. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen und können diese wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus für 2-4 Personen

Alles sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Lage sehr zentral nur 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. 10 Minuten gehzeit zur Altstatt Ruhige Umgebung trotz Bahnhofs Nähe die paar Züge haben uns nicht gestört. Die Ausklapp Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem und ist so groß wie ein Doppelbett. Ausstattungsmäßig alles vorhanden was man braucht Waschmaschine Geschirrspüler Kochutensielien, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Liebevolle Gastgeber die sehr bemüht sind und telefonisch und über WhatsApp stehts mit rat und tat zur Seite stehen! Wir werden gerne wieder dort "einziehen"

Jammern auf hohem Niveau...🫣 Wir mögen keinen Filterkaffee, hatten aber eine Nespresso mit. Außerdem schlafen wir gerne beim Fernsehen ein, der hängt aber im Wohnzimmer🥱
