Fantastic location, literally next to Central Station but amazinly quiet. A short walk in the other direction was the old style tram line which was well worth exploring on. The apartment was very comfortable with great air conditioning. We were asking to provide our ID a couple of days before arriving. We then received instructions on how to get to the property. To enter the front door you press a link provided on the email.

Nothing it was all good.

The location is really good if you want to stay near the Central Station.

The cleanliness - the apartment was dirty! We had to buy cleaning stuff to clean the toilet to be able to use it, otherwise it was just disgusting. The walls of the shower were all covered in yellow mold (see the photo attached), the cutlery, the plates and the glasses in the kitchen were not clean and we had to wash them again for our use. When paying 70 euros as a cleaning fee, we expected at least clean toilet and shower...

Ao lado da estação central. Espaços bonitos e novos.

WiFi não funcionava e a equipe não deu a assistência adequada. Além disso, foi cobrada uma taxa fixa de 71 euros para a limpeza, mesmo nossa estadia sendo de 1 noite. Ademais, o ar-condicionado da sala não funcionava bem.
