Overall nice apartment close to the train station in good location. Good air conditioning which was great in the heat wave.
Staff were very responsive and helpful.
Instructions on check in were very clear.
Bed in the main bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable I could barely sleep.
The place could do with some maintenance and clean up. Shower sprays out water everywhere and the door is hard to open. There’s a messy side cupboard where the boiler is and old paint etc is stored there. It’s very messy.
The wardrobe in the master room had lots of stuff in it and the only space to hang clothes was filled with a portable baby cot.
The cleaner left no basic supplies out for us - no kitchen sponge, dishwasher tablets, sugar etc. Kitchen could do with a thorough clean.
The balcony where we put washing out is really dirty and could do with a sweep and clean.

Spacious, clear & fast communication. Apartment was quiet with heavy windows & roller shutters to block out the noise. Great location, stroll a few blocks for food, we used the tourist bus to travel around Milan- a few blocks walk from the apartment.

Ubicación buena y fácil acceso a la casa . Comodidades bien, faltaría un baño más para 4 adultos
La iluminación no es tan buena cuando vas a dormir ya que o tienes todas las luces o no tienes ninguna , tampoco ha enchufes cerca para el sofá cama ni mesillas de noche en la habitación principal
