Doria 10 next to train station

The apartment was very spacious. We stayed there as a group of four and had plenty of room, and I believe it can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The property has two fully equipped bathrooms, both of which were in excellent condition and very clean. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Milano Centrale train station, and there is a metro station right outside the building, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. The communication with the host and customer support was excellent—they responded promptly to every question or request we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was quiet, spotless, and had a lovely balcony where we could relax. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this accommodation again.

A very good location. Very near to a metro station, there is a car park outside the door, a cafe across the road and, of course, the train station is very near. Simple check-in, clear instructions. Air cons in both bedrooms and lounge, which is absolutely necessary in the heat wave mid-summer.

Not very clean, very dirty under the beds, dusty. Flat needs a bit of attention. Broken door handles, towel rails. I asked for a separate quilt for each family member and finally found one in the bed with host’s help. Water is heated in two tanks. We are a family of 5. You either have to wait for quite a while, like over one hr or shower with cold water.

Very close to the Centrale station. Interior was very modern comfortable beds. Property was very clean and well presented.

We had a power outage first night but the host provided a refund. Be careful when turning on many appliances at once must be due to overloading.

It was a good property to stay in. Really near the Milan train station and Metro. The directions to get into the property was stated clearly by the property owner and we did everything online. It was also clean when we arrived. A relative who welcomed us from the station and lives near there was with us to help with our luggages. Her comment was that the property was nicely upgraded as similar properties were not as nice. The water heater functioned really well -good water pressure and great for hot baths/showers. The kitchen has the essential items -clean and looks new. Really ample space for our group of 5 including one pre teen and 4 adults.

Several of us were not able to sleep in our 2 nights stay there because there was an ongoing party on top floor. We did tell this to the owner but unfortunately they stated it is out of their control. That is fair; just note of this if you want to consider staying here. Also apart from the party upstairs, there were some people quarreling outside in the street. We thought we can sleep through this but again with the party upstairs and the people fighting outside, it was hard to get sleep -and again out of the owner’s control. The following morning, we found the glass door from the ground floor was broken -most likely due to the people fighting. It made us re-think of the security of the place. Good thing we were only there for 2 nights. Shower floor in the other bathroom was maybe not angled correctly to the drain because water was splashing out of the shower door. We even moved close to the wall but water just splashed out. It was still a very decent place to shower though. Also, in the 2nd bedroom we saw mold below the window. We didn’t see it right away when we arrived because the curtain was covering it. A great amount of cleaning could remedy this.
