Beautiful apartments in Podstrana

The apartments were clean. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The pool was clean. The nearest store was a 2-minute walk away. Beach 8min walk down the road.

There was a limescale in the kettle, so I had to clean it. One of the rooms only had a bed, nowhere to put things (though the room was small too). The other room could use some shelves in the corner near the window.

Fantastic condo, excellent location, and lovely pool

Love the pool, close to beach and markets and nice view of the ocean from the deck.

It was exceptionally hot so hard to keep the bedrooms cool because ac only in kitchen. However, the decks were both very nice with a beautiful ocean view .

The apt was absolutely fantastic. It is clean , modern , well equipped with a beautiful sun drenched outdoor area looking on to the pool . A big thank you to the owner for being very helpful to us in every way . We had a slight problem with a taxi and he solved it for us . The apt is ideally located near shop, beach and restaurants. I recommend it highly and hope to be back v soon .

Well appointed apartment close to the sea with great facilities.

Apartment very comfortable with decent kitchen and cooking facilities. Plenty of storage, comfortable bed and very clean. Housekeeper very friendly and helpful and owner/manager very responsive to messages. Pool area lovely and had to ourselves most of the time.

We visited 13th to 20th May so early season, only a few restaurants open and tourist agency closed so not easy to book any trips. This is a reflection on our own timings for the area not the apartment.

Beautiful apartment- would stay again

Spacious apartment which was modern and clean. Small complex with a lovely pool . Location is 10 minute walk down to beach and handy to supermarkets etc. We would have given 10/10 but during our stay there was road works going on down the side of the complex which created a lot of noise from early morning. This was beyond the control of the owner who was very apologetic and gave us a lovely bottle of wine by way of compensation. These works should not effect future stays as they were finishing as we left

Nothing - it was great The only feedback maybe would be having a few little staples in the pantry so that self catering can be achieved e.g cooking oil; salt /pepper.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment - modern equipment, sparkling clean and a very nice pool area with beach towels and comfortable beach chairs. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. We felt great and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

Having some basics in the the kitchen, like salt and pepper, would have been welcome. These are not expensive but very needed ingredients that come in big quantities in supermarkets and you don't want to buy them for just a couple of days. Other than that I can't really think of anything else - it was a great stay!

The apartment was really lovely - brand new, spotless, great location - 6 minute walk from the beach ,restaurants and the bus stop was also at the end of the road! Supermarket about 2 minutes around the corner and a very local cafe for a little coffee too!

Lovely apartment, really clean and has everything you need. Quiet little town and doesn’t cost much in a taxi to get to Split less than 10 minutes. There’s a little shop not far away that is handy. Definitively recommend using Bolt/ Uber as some taxis can over charge so be aware.

Beautiful appartments with pool close to Split!

Luxurious appartments in Podstrana, a quiet little town close to Split (20 min drive). The host Ivaca is very friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. The appartments have a really nice pool with sun-beds and clean towels every morning. Would recommend staying here when you visit (the area of) Split.

Spotlessly clean. Perfect massive apartments with swimming pool. Completely modern with really nice owners who gave us late checkout. Free parking. Location perfect with rental car. This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in the best value for money. Excellent 10/10

would be great when there would be some information book about where is the bakery, supermarket, nearest beach etc. we needed to find out ourselves and while we were not known it took some days.. although the staff was so friendly due to language barrière she couldn’t explain it to us in detail. with an information book in the appartement this would provide guest basic information.

Perfect location for trips in the surroundings of split. Trip to old town is approx 20 min, to the airport 30 min Nice, big appartement with great balcony and view on swimmingpool

Exceptional stay.

First of all, our host could not have been any more helpful in the build up to our stay - always answering any questions promptly. Apartment was spotless. Comfy bed. Good sized bathroom and shower. Air con in the room was amazing and so easy to use- made it so relaxing to be in the apartment and to sleep at night! Large sofa and dining area which was amazing and so relaxing to be in. Kitchen had everything necessary for self catering. Balcony area was amazing with a stunning view and could not believe the size of it. Pool facilities were absolutely amazing with clean water at a nice temperature. Shower by the pool and immaculate toilets made the area so luxurious. Apartment was in a great area just across from the beach and some restaurants. Local shop just a five minute walk away and bakery also. We decided to use uber to get into the centre of split and this worked really well and also the bus stop was just at the bottom of the street. When leaving we had a late flight and our host kindly let us use the apartment and pool facilities for the entire day and this was just an amazing gesture. Overall could not recommend this place highly enough and we most definitely would recommend to absolutely anyone.

Fantastisch

Het totale appartement, alles zit erin wat je nodig hebt. Ideaal. Ook de gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden problemen met onze deur en het werd meteen opgelost, super fijn! De ligging is ook top, je bent binnen 5 minuten op het strand.

Het enige minpunt is dat we zelf moesten vragen om schone handdoeken. Dit werd niet uit hun zelf gedaan. Het appartement is soms wel wat gehorig, zeker ‘s ochtends vroeg.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków. Widok z balkonu na basen i morze (można zjeść śniadanko w słońcu). Blisko do plaży, na podwórku prywatny basen. Jeśli jesteś samochodem, to jest to zdecydowanie lepsza lokalizacja niż w centrum Splitu, ponadto przy trasie wybrzeżem do Baśka Voda, Makarska. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie. Do tego pomocny właściciel, zameldowanie/wymeldowanie bezproblemowe. Poza sezonem pusto i bez turystów.
