Obiekt nowy, bardzo czysty, z bardzo dobrym wyposażeniem. Wszystko zgodne z opisem
Brak jasnych wskazówek od właściciela, jak trafić do obiektu – wpisanie adresu w Google Maps nie pozwalało dojechać pod sam budynek. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się plac budowy i praktycznie nic więcej. Zdecydowanie odradzam osobom z dziećmi – brak chodników, a do najbliższej piekarni trzeba jechać samochodem. Obiekt położony przy bardzo ruchliwej, wiecznie zakorkowanej drodze do Splitu – każdy wyjazd, nawet na kilka kilometrów, oznaczał nawet godzinę stania w korku.
