I had an amazing vacation in Podstrana, Croatia! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the apartment we stayed in had stunning views of the sea and mountains. It was impeccably clean, and we felt right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful beaches and charming town. We enjoyed exploring the area and indulging in delicious Croatian cuisine. The combination of the friendly hosts, breathtaking views, and cleanliness of the apartment made our stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend Podstrana for a memorable vacation experience.

Wonderful vacation in Podstrana at Apartment Jurisic

It is at a superb location, new, modern, cosy and wonderfully equipped and furnished with a great taste. Very clean with a lovely view at the Adriatic Sea. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy the panorama. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved the place and enjoyed our stay.

Probably the only good thing was the air conditioning and the host's mother that brought us house made cake and sweets and handmade dollies.

The apartment was NOTHING like the photos or the description, it was a really small 2-rooms-apartment at ground floor where the only window (placed in the kitchen that was also the bedroom and living room) had a view on the beautiful (bah) parking lot, so we had a view on the cars with the exhaust pipe right on the kitchen table where we used to eat. (see photo) -the parking lot given to us was RIDICULOUSLY SMALL, placed badly and difficult to get in and out; -our drying rack put right out of the door in a really small space was continuously moved from the people that had the parking lot almost right in front of our door; -the apartment infos are confused, IT’S NOT AN HOTEL: we were promised an open space where we could eat and a barbecue that DIDN’T EXIST, just like the hair dryer, microwave, oven and there was no place to put food; -All the crockery was dirty and caked in disgusting stuff, I had to wash them many times: there were only 1 fork and 4 different spoons to eat; -the tv had only 5 channels, there weren’t dvd’s or books as said in the infos; -difficult to reach, far from sea; -host that asked us more than what was written with no explanation, doesn’t speak English AT ALL, only German and Croatian; -“outer dining space” ridiculous, there was a little plastic table with 2 plastic chair in the parking lot; -sea view NONEXISTENT; -mountain view NONEXISTENT; -host telephone number not in use; -2 little single beds that couldn’t be joined together because one was taller than the other and really uncomfortable; -cleaning service (promised in the description) NONEXISTENT; -Air conditioning smelled really bad like still water sometimes. Not quiet at all, the other people of the apartment on the first floor were really noisy and loud but treated better than us just because were German and Croatian. Advised against, go somewhere else.

all was awesome. When we arrived there is bottle of water in the fridge was waiting for us,we were treated to a plate of figs and during checking out we got a present for daughter. Going uphill not so difficult, even in the end of difficult day.

Clean and good value

He was very nice and warm welcoming, he brought us fruits and even some dessert his mother made. We had a pleasant stay.

The acces road to the sea is difficult if you want to walk, because the apartment is located on a hill. Also the owner doesn't speak English (He speaks German very well).

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek, aktywne spędzanie czasu i zwiedzanie.

Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony, praktyczny. Lokalizacja super-blisko plaże, restauracje, markety, przystanek autobusowy. Własne miejsce parkingowe i spokojna okolica. Gospodarz bardzo miły, gościnny i do dyspozycji w razie pytań bądź problemów.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z naszego pobytu.

Bardzo mili gospodarze. Zostaliśmy poczęstowani winem, dzieciaki rozpieszczane słodyczami i szerokim uśmiechem 🙂 pierwszego dnia popsułam roletę i gospodarz pomógł od razu. Na wszelkie pytania dotyczące obiektu i miejscowości odpowiadał bardzo szybko. Żeby było nam łatwiej trafić gospodarz wyjechał po nas na główną ulicę. Na sam koniec dostaliśmy piękny upominek. Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, kuchnia super dostosowana. W łazience pralka, dla nas to jest mega ekstra rozwiązanie przy dwójce dzieci. Czyściutko i schludnie.

Przestronne i wygodne mieszkanie, odpowiednie na rodzinne wakacje.

Apartament jest zadbany i czysty. Jest w nim dużo miejsca do przechowywania. Nawet po rozłożeniu wakacyjnych gadżetów nie było zagracone 😉 W mieszkaniu dostępna jest duża lodówka, w której czekały na nas schłodzone napoje. Jest również spora zamrażarka oraz zmywarka. W łazience pralka, z której również korzystaliśmy - podczas wyjazdu z dziećmi to konieczny sprzęt. W mieszkaniu jest WiFi, więc mogliśmy popracować zdalnie. Z tarasu roztacza się piękny widok na morze i zatokę. Wieczorem bardzo przyjemnie spędza się tam czas. Gospodarze bardzo mili i gościnni, poczęstowali nas własnymi figami ❤️ Na pożegnanie otrzymaliśmy również upominek, za który serdecznie dziękujemy!

Klimatyzacja znajduje się tylko w salonie. Brak możliwości schłodzenia sypialni sprawiało, że ciężko było przespać noc. Telewizor jest w trybie fabrycznym, a kanały tylko w języku niemieckim. Nie ma możliwości podłączenia go do WiFi, aby skorzystać np. z Netflixa. Podczas wyjazdu z dziećmi to niestety problematyczne.

Bella esperienza!

L'appartamento si presenta spazioso, pulito e confortevole, c'è un bel balcone con vista mare. Nella struttura è presente tutto il necessario al soggiorno. Il bagno e la doccia sono grandi rispetto alla media, c'è la lavatrice, c'è un bel frigo e il microonde. Si sta molto bene, un consiglio è per l'aria condizionata che andrebbe messa anche in camera, perché si trova in soggiorno

Per raggiungere il mare si và anche a piedi, ma è più conveniente usare l'auto, perché l'appartamento si trova nella parte alta del paese. Per quanto riguarda la TV, purtroppo non si vedono i canali nostri ( italiani), ma in Croazia questo accade spesso😌, fortuna che in vacanza la usi poco.

Świetna miejscówa do wyjścia nad morze i w góry. W Polsce tego nie ma!

Bardzo mili gospodarze. Apartament czysty i obszerny, duża lodówka. Dobre położenie zarówno do zejścia na plażę (12 min), jak i wyjścia w góry! Cicha okolica z widokiem na góry morze (apartament nr 1 ma mały widok na morze; taras jest piętro wyżej, chyba w apartamencie nr 3). Router światłowodowy, prędkości po wifi: 320/140 Mb/s. Idąc (ciekawym szlakiem w góry) można trafić na ferratę, ściankę wspinaczkową, kapliczki na szczytach i punkty widokowe: Perun, Kriż z zejścem do malowniczej Gornja Podstrana (polecam aplikację mapy.com)

Jedyny malutki mankament dla niecierpiących upału: klimatyzacja jest w salonie, a nie w sypialni - co kto lubi. Jednak przy temperaturach zewnętrznych 30-33 stopnie, nie trzeba było w ogóle jej włączać.

Celkově jsme byli spokojeni. Zažili jsme krásnou dovolenou. Velmi dobrá lokalita.

Vkusně zařízené, skvěle připravené, vše uklizené a čisté. Velice vstřícné jednání za strany majitele. Malý dárek na uvítanou i rozloučenou. Krásný výhled na moře, hory a město Split. Funkční klimatizace, 2 toalety. Doporučuji pro páry i rodiny s dětmi. Dvě pláže v dosahu pěšky, další 3 veliké pláže ve Splitu v dosahu do 10 minut autem. Ceny v obchodech velice příznivé, milí a ochotní obyvatelé Podstrany. Velmi čisté a teplé moře.

Špatná infrastruktura. Hustě zastavěné území. Velmi úzké silnice s absencí chodníků.

Einfach nur perfekt!

Wir hatten als Familie die große Terassenwohnung in der obersten Etage gebucht. Dort angekommen erwartete uns eine makellos saubere Wohnung, die noch schöner als auf den Bildern war. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur extrem sauber, sondern hat auch alles was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort richtig wohl. Dazu trugen insbesondere auch die wundervollen Gastgeber bei: Darinko und seine Eltern sind einfach unglaublich herzlich, gastfreundlich und haben uns dazu noch ständig mit lokalen Leckereien verwöhnt - insbesondere unsere zweijährige Tochter war ganz entzückt von der lieben Baba Iva. 🥰 Das schöne, sehr gepflegte Haus liegt erhöht und hat hat eine spektakuläre Sicht auf Podstrana und Split. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse und dem großen Balkon ist atemberaubend und man kann sich an den täglichen Sonnenuntergängen und Abendlichtern gar nicht sattsehen. Wir empfehlen die Gastgeber samt Wohnung von ganzem Herzen ohne jegliche Einschränkung weiter und möchten unbedingt wiederkommen! Solch zuvorkommende und umsichtige Gastgeber haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wirklich perfekt! Hvala za sve! ♥️
