Lovely, relaxing and very comfortable

Ease of pick up, facilities, room was lovely and clean. Had enough in the kitchen to cook a simple meal!

Bed linen was pretty limited , a sheet and a quilt that didn’t cover both of us. Even if there is just the option for an additional piece of linen in the cupboard to use if needed!

Family(2+1) vacation

Very near to beach and supermarkets are also nearby.

Wifi was not working (3 out of 4 days). Stinking smell near the washbasin in Kitchen, which suffocates the entire apartment.

Not a case of what I didn't like but there is a bit of a hill up to the accomdation from the main road, and if your staying in the loft theres about 3/4 sets of stairs to climb but well worth it for the views!

We enjoyed our stay but there is space for improvements

- Thanks for hosting us in your hotel, we liked the staff (smiling and helpful). - Also we liked weather, it was only 1 rainy day during our 11 days vacation. - We really enjoyed the beach near the hotel, it has clear water and comfortable bottom, there are many places where we could swim with our little son. - Also thank you for possibility of the early check-in and late check-out, thank you with your help with postcards.

- We didn't like the Wi-Fi I believe you should mentioned that it's so bad. We had a problems with internet almost at all territory of the hotel (disconnects, poor signal, low speed, etc.) and if someone will planning to work from the hotel internet could be a big blocker for that. - Very poor soundproofing of entrance doors and windows made our sleep unsettling in some day. - I found price per/day is high at this period (just my opinion).

beautiful view from the balcony, nice pebbles beach in proximity, supermarket Close by, comfortable bed and good AC; good parking ; for sand beach and shallow water go to Strozanac by bus or car (5 -10 minutes away)

wifi is very weak, coffee from reception is quite bad, broken umbrella on the balcony

The apartments are great. They are new and clean, the whole building and surroundings are very well taken care of. We were staying in an apartment with kitchenette and a large balcony offering lovely seaview. We had everything we needed. And even more. The staff is very nice, kind and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank to Marijana, who helped us the most.

Amazing !

We had an amazing stay at Stipe Residence in Podstrana. The beautiful beach is a 2 minutes walk, and you can also take the bus to go to Split and Omis. The host was so welcoming and nice to us, she answered every questions we had. Our room was very clean, we had everything we needed. Thank you for everything !

It was nice stay, nice place, but those stairs and bathroom was awful.

Hotel is close to the sea and close nearby is very good restaurant where we found very good dishes.

We were ofered Apartment with Sea View (4 Adults) for our 4 person family, and we accepted. When we came we saw that this is the top room in whole building. The problem was the entrance to it. First 3 floors has standard stairs, and this is not an issue, but to enter this apartment we had to clime very small and hight stairs. Those spiral stairs was fited in to 1 quadrat meter size place. About this was not written anywhere. I had to swet a lot to drag all the luggedge there. As well my wife was not happy because she have not very strong legs and this room entering was hard. You should be very carefull to not fall while climing. Other not nice thing about this room was very small bathroom. In picture we saw that it was not big, but we did not expected that it will be so small. There was smal shower where only one person can fit and he was not airtight, letting water on the floor through the door. Sink was so small that it was possible to wash only your face.

Great place to stay for vocations! All the photos of the residence are real. Very clean. Great sea view from the terrace. You have everything needed: stove oven, tea kettle, microwave, cups, dishes, knives, forks, spoons; safe; air conditioning; TV. Parking is directly in front of the residence. Bakery - 3 min walk, Mini market - 7 min walk. Bus stop to/from Split 1 min walk. Sea - 3 min walk, just across the road. Thank You for the hospitality. Definitely come again!

General it was quite ok, price was good, close to beach and restaurants, also for plus was communication between Parking is a little to narrow if you have a bigger car, but generally its more positives than negatives! Highly recommend!

poorly equipped kitchen - there was no electric plug in the kitchen, missing pan, knife for cutting..., every morning a dog barking from the neighbors (next house) - it was very uncomfortable

За 6 ночей жодного разу не було прибирання, не залишили чим можна помити підлоги. Вказано є що прибирання не має але хотілось би щоб залишили чим протерти підлогу

Desolates Apartment mit Blick auf den Hinterhof als Gartenzimmer

Leider war nichts angenehm bei diesem Aufenthalt. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Blick in den Garten bestellt und musste dann in den letzten Stock nach oben alles schleppen, um nach hinten auf eine Halde zu sehen. Kein Lift! An der Rezeption sind zwei sehr junge Damen gesessen, die nur durch ein Fenster mit dem Gast kommuniziert haben und das sehr schnippisch und ohne Empathie. Dafür aber haben sie sehr schnell dem Gast mitgeteilt, dass der Gast in ihren Augen sehr unhöflich ist. Selber aber behanden sie den Gast wie einen Bittsteller, der alles so machen muss, dass sie es einfach haben.

Das Zimmer war in desolatem Zustand. Die Tür zur 40 cm Duschkammer verlor schon die Befestigungs-Schrauben, Wi-Fi funktionierte von Beginn bis Ende nicht und die Kochplatte hatte auch einen Defekt, auch sie funktionierte nicht. Super frustrierend war aber wieder die Kommunikation mit den beiden jungen Damen, die zuerst sagen, sie werden sich um die Probleme kümmern, dann sich nicht mehr melden und wenn man am 3. Tag nochmals nach dem Wifi fragt und mitteilt, dass das Wifi aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht funktioniert. Am 4. Tag immer noch kein Wifi - der schönste Tag des Aufenthalts mit durchgehendem Sonnenschein. Der Espressokocher, den ich bei einem gebuchten Apartment immer mitnehme, war leider 4 Tage unbenützbar, da die Kochplatte nicht funktionierte. Die eingekaufte Frischware musste bei der Abreise entsorgt werden. Bei der Anfrage um Hilfe: am 3. Tag die schnippische Antwort: Man hat scheinbar die Kindersicherung aktiviert. Die Frage, wie die Kindersicherung entsperrt wird, blieb unbeantwortet. Auf all meinen Aufenthalten habe ich noch nie ein schlechteres Management erlebt.

Nicht sehr entspannend

Die Lage war sehr gut

Parkplatz Situation ist nicht die beste , kochen war bei uns unmöglich da bei den Töpfen der Boden gewölbt war konnte man nicht wirklich etwas kochen. Wir wollten unsere Handtücher wechseln doch es waren keine frisch gewaschenen vorhanden , unsere alten wurden dann genommen aber erst am nächsten Tag haben wir neue bekommen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig und die Nachbar die wir hatten waren sehr laut. Wir sind dann auch schon einen Abend früher abgereist weil wir bei dem Lärm eh nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Dann sind wir lieber abends gefahren anstatt früh morgens und haben dann an einer Raststätte halt gemacht und dort unseren Schlaf im Auto geholt. Eins habe ich vergessen. In der Küchen auf der arbeitsplatte war alles voll mit Ameisen.
