Perfect location for a very comfortable beach stay.

The location was excellent, especially as the best beach was 5 mins down the steps away. Mini supermarket, and bus stop to Split were over the road. Loved having a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment was light and airy and the beds were comfortable.

The shower doors needed to be fixed to stop water leaking out.

Exceptional

A beautiful flat with full appliances. I like that there was a nice coffee machine and coffee beans in the flat. There is a fridge/freezer with an ice maker. the appliances were very good and new. The nearby hotel had tennis courts and some ball area which was full of teenagers around evening time. That was good for our teenagers. There is a tunnel under the busy road to cross the street. close to a grocery shop and pizza place. easy to walk to the beach.

the pool is not part of the property. we booked since the property had a pool. but we did not regret staying there. We have also extended our stay since it was so nice. the property is close to the busy road but the flat is on the right side of the road

Modern nicely furnished apartment with good facilities - close to the beach.

Modern and fresh apartment, nicely furnished and with all facilities you neeed. Good standard on everything. Very nice, flexible and helpul owner. Shopping and restaurants close by. The beach is easily accessible - just a 3-5 minutes walk.

Functional apartment for a business trip and ample space. Location is not exactly ideal.

The location - see below - is close to the sea. That is a plus. It is, however, on a very very busy street. the flat is nice and large, with plenty of amenities (modern kitchen for example) and nice light.

The ad for this was somewhat misleading as I thought through the name that this would be a holiday complex with many apartments and a reception. It turns out that it is a single apartment in a regular block of flats. It is on a very very busy street and despite having double glazing it can still get noisy. The beds were not made and the double bed had only single sheets so it was hard to figure out how to set things up. I arrived earlier than anticipated but had to wait quite a while to get into the property.

Perfect stay in perfect location thanks to great host...

Perfect location and easy to reach... very well maintained property (Exactly the way you see it in the picture while booking) and super helpful host to guide on each and every step of the way where we need support. I will certainly plan my next stay here. (Thank you so much for making our stay memorable)

Fabulous stay in podstrana

Beautiful apartment with extras. Very comfortable. 2 bathrooms were great with 4 adults. Loved the ice maker in fridge and husband loved coffee machine. Location good close to supermarket, 5 mins walk to beach. Lovely restaurants especially on the beach. Would highly recommend this apartment.

None really although maybe an information pack about apartment and where things are might be useful. We had to search out ourselves and ask.

It is quite noisy outside, since the windows overlook the highway. Wi-Fi was very slow for work from the apartment, but it seemed to be network issues in the area. It was not clean in some places, e.g. coffee machine, oven.

Superb

+ Before anything I would like to mention about the owner Milan, he is fantastic. We talked over the phone before booking. He arranged late check-in like after 11 PM. He was always reachable via phone. He also helped us with info about getting around in Split, Ferry timing, beach locations etc. Nothing more I could expect. + Apartment was fantastic, very neat and clean. It had all the amenities you gonna need. + There were 2 private car parking for us. + There is a small beach within 5 mins walk. + There is a restaurant bar, Pizzaria, and supermarket opposite the apartment. + Apartment is around 15 mins driving from the city center. If you want to take boat rides (for example island trips), there is a ferry harbor in La Meridian hotel within 5 mins walking distance. You can ask the ferry company if they can pick you up from there. The best part is you can keep your car in the apartment because parking in the city or harbor can be busy and expensive.

brilliant location, so close to the beach

not clear enough that the picture of the beach aren’t where you can go for free. we ended up spending 300 kuna (£35) a day to use the pool and beach. If you don’t want to pay you have to just lay your towel on the pebbles on the beach.

The apartment it self was lovely, well equipped to a high standard.

Difficult to rate as the questions relate to the actual property which in its self was great although on a extremely noisy main road, We traveled with a baby so wanted to stay as a group this is why we chose an apartment, and why we chose somewhere that was connected to more facilities, so once there, we didn't want to have to travel too far, The problem we had was that this was not the property we were expecting and the listing was misleading. The photos of pool and sunbeds within the listing are nothing to do with this property. We did not meet the owner, as keys were left with a friend? who met us and could not answer the any questions. The property advertised several facilities which were just not true, there is not a garden the balcony tiny and is not in any way connected to the pool or or all of those lovely sunbeds featured. You have to pay for those from the local spa! The beach for the public lovely but further away. I did speak to the owner who told me that bookings.com said she had to list all of the local facilities and that I should of read the words not looked at the pictures, I had read and have again since and can still clearly see the facilities listed. This is just an apartment, a lovely one but that is totally it.

Lovely get-away with everything you need

Comfortable beds, well stocked with all the things you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very helpful host and the beach was a close walk and was stunning!

If you are sensitive to the sound of traffic it could be difficult with sleeping as you can hear traffic

Pomimo minusów polecamy serdecznie!

Ładnie urządzony, sporo miejsca, dobre wyposażenie kuchni, bliskość plaży, sklepu, restauracji, przystanku autobusowego - nie zawsze było trzeba jechać autem :) Dostępne miejsca parkingowe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem. Duży plus za dwie łazienki.

Szkoda, że nie było widoku na morze. Hałas dobiegający z ruchliwej ulicy zlokalizowanej obok apartamentu. Zbyt wysoka cena za dzień korzystania z basenu w obiekcie obok. Jeden dzień w porządku, ale przy większej ilości dni dla rodzin z dziećmi robi się spora suma. Fajna opcja, ale myślę że wspominanie o basenie w opisie jest zbędne, tym bardziej że jest bliski dostęp do morza zupełnie za darmo, a basen nie ma żadnego związku z The Adriatic Pearl. Drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej wypadły z szyn po lekkim przesunięciu… Polecamy popracować nad opisem, niektórzy przyjeżdżają ze względu na basen, ale liczą, że opłata jest zdecydowanie niższa. Warto wspomnieć o kosztach w opisie. PS. Na plaży są płatne leżaki, ale kawałek dalej można się rozłożyć bez konieczności zapłaty.

Die Abbildung von einem Pool. Wenn man das Kleingedruckte nicht sieht kann es eine böse Überraschung werden. Der Preis ohne Pool ist unseres Erachtens nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa war mit Decken überzogen.Das Besteck und die Pfannen müssten unbedingt erneuert werden. I
