Beautifully and comfy house near the beach

The house seems newly and beautifully renovated, it has a terrace on the first level with a barbecue and a large table sitting large groups, even a ping-pong table. Since it's close to the beach, is really nice to have a drink in the evening. The rooms have large wardrobes and comfy beds. There are three spacious bathrooms in the house. The kitchen was very modern and had everything you may need for a long stay. Everything was spotless clean. The house is situated across the street from the beach, so it is 2 minutes walking to the pebbled beach nearby. There are grocery shops in the walking distance and also a nice bakery in the next building, it was great to smell the fresh bread in the morning. The owner was very responsive, but we didn't need much interaction since everything was perfect.

When accommodating large parties, on the floor level there is a separate apartment that is on street level and may be more noisy than upstairs. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper level, which may pose some issues for older people. The washing machine was available only in the downstairs apartment, not n the main house, but if you are renting that as well, that should not be a problem. While the house is very close to Split, in the mornings and afternoon, the road gets blocked by traffic and you need to take 30 minutes extra into account when you want to go into the direction of Split .

Superb

The property is really great for a family vacation at the sea. It is clean and has everything you might need like a washing machine, modern and well-equipped kitchen, table tennis. It was a bit unexpected that the property in fact consists of two separate parts: the main part upstairs and a standalone apartment on the ground floor. But in our case it was a benefit. There are 3 separate bathrooms with showers on each floor. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner as well as the living room. The beds were comfortable. The host is really welcoming and helpful. A nice public and silent beach is very close to the property, just a couple of minutes of walking. Also, there are a few local supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. There is a garage if you need a secure parking of your own or rented car. The property also has a summer kitchen on the terrace with an extra fridge, stove top and some barbecue equipment.

There is a small negative impression about the location. The property stands right on quite a vibrant road. So if you wish to enjoy silence or fresh air on the nice terrace, it might be a bit of disappointment. Also, there are some traffic jams in the direction of Split, which might be irritating if you want to travel somewhere else.

Fantastisk flott hus, nær stranden, restauranter og rett ved bakeriet. Skjermet terasse med grill ute, helt perfekt. Verten tok imot oss når vi kom og var kjempehyggelig og imøtekommende. Anbefales sterkt! 2 familier med både store og små barn. Manglet ingenting! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake 🤩
