Villa Nina is a newly built and modern villa with a lot of natural light through the large glazed window surfaces, settled on a land plot of 790 sqm and offers a total of 300 sqm living space and can accommodate up to 9 people. It is furnished with carefully selected materials and equipped with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. The whole property is fenced and offers 1 garage space and a parking lot for 3 cars on the private property.
Villa Nina offers exclusively for you a 3-level interior organization connected with an indoor staircase:
* OUTDOORS: Private and heated swimming pool 8m x 4m, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and a lounge corner for nice evenings with a glass of Croatian wine. There is an additional dining table at the terrace in front of the living area, where you can enjoy the beautiful natural shade.
* GROUND FLOOR offers a fully equipped and airconditioned kitchen with all the needed amenities (kettle, toaster, coffee maker Dolce Gusto....) a kitchen island, a stylish dining area, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, Netflix, free WiFi, and a fireplace ( direct approach to the terrace with a dining table). There is a Bedroom No1 (12sqm) with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, and garden views. There is also a family Bathroom (8,5sqm)with a shower and a washing machine.
