It was clean and comfortable and nicely quiet. It had all the facilities I needed, it even had a microwave and cutlery and crockery. The host was helpful and friendly. Main thing is it was tremendous value

Spencer and his daughter were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and despite how central the hotel is, it was very quiet
Unfortunately some bits of maintenance required here and there. The rooms were passable for the price, but the bathrooms both need a bit of TLC.
