Dirty bed linen, hairs

The staffs are friendly, helpful

We got the first room, full of smell of smoke, so we changed to the second one. Then when we are going to sleep, we found lots of hairs on the bed linen, 🤢, then we changed to the third one, which was ok

Definitely A Good Stay in Frankfurt - Do Consider!

Quiet part of the city with public transport options nearby. Very good value for money.

I stayed in a single bed 1-person accomodation room. The carpet in my room had a bad smell and did disturb a bit. As I was only occupying the room in the nights, it wasn’t a problem, but definitely needs thorough cleaning/change. Other than that no problem at all.

The pillows were so soft! and matrasses. It was the bet place to rest after the first day of the exhibition :)

Disappointing

Availability not reliable, we booked a 4 beds room (2 connecting rooms according to the fotos) and we got a 3 beds room cause the other one was busy. No change in the price paid.

Poor

The air conditioner and fridge didn't work, I called the reception, they told us none of the air conditioners work. I told them to fix the fridge and they said they'll send someone to fix it, they didn't. I called them once more, again they said they'll send someone, but no one ever came. The breakfast was also poor. Nothing warm except boiled egg that we asked for explicitly. The reception staff couldn't speak English.

Einziger Vorteil Nähe zur Location "Das Bett", einmal und nie wieder

Anreisetag... Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption freundlich Abreisetag: ein wenig Schnee geräumt im Eingangsbereich

WC: Rost am Heizung-Handtuchhalter (dieser war nicht sauber), WC Tür unten innen beschädigt, sehr unangenehmer Geruch kontinuierlich im Bad, mindestens 1 frisches Handtuch mit Flecken, 1 Schamhaar auf Bettwäsche bei Anreise entdeckt, Zimmer sehr hellhörig, direkt vor den 2 Fenstern Raucherzone, Fenster kippen somit sehr unangenehm, kontinuierliche Geräusche bei Hauseingangstür (ständige Türknallgeräusche morgens und auch bis spät in den Abend hinein). Parkgebühr auf eigenem Innenhof Kfz 15 Euro zusätzlich pro Tag ... ob kostenfreie PKW Stellplätze innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar wären konnte nicht beantwortet werden ... Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig zur Anreise fertig, ca. 30 Minuten Wartezeit. Keine Mülltüte in Müllbehälter Zimmer und Bad.

Unsauber , Teppich völlig voller Flecken , die Lüftung im Bad total verdreckt , Toilette klebrig , Bett durchgelegen und Bettwäsche roch muffig , sehr hellhörig , Zimmer im Nebengebäude im Fahrstuhl roch es nach Urin ,

Brudne firany - od nowości chyba nie były prane. Śmierdziało papierosami - chyba tam ktoś kiedyś palił porządnie. Wykładzina w niektórych miejscach wyglądała jakby ktoś kiedyś na nią zwymiotował. Światełko od klimatyzacji świeciło bardzo jasno. Double bed było złożone z dwóch mniejszych łóżek przez co po środku była dziura bo łóżka się rozjeżdżały.

Für den Messebesuch optimales Hotel mit guter Ausstattung.

Das Zimmer war ordentlich. Das Fenster war nach hinten heraus. Keine schöne Aussicht und teilweise störender Anwohnerlärm. Nachts war es aber ruhig. Die Lage zur Messe Frankfurt ist optimal. Entweder Bus oder zu Fuß ist die Messe gut zu erreichen. Bis in die Innenstadt ist es etwas weiter.

Mein Kollege wurde eine Schlüsselkarte von einem Zimmer gegeben, dass schon besetzt war. Dies sollte eigentlich nicht passieren. Dem schlafenden Gast und meinem Kollegen war es sehr unangenehm, so aufeinander zu treffen.

Zimmer war sehr sauber.

Lage sehr abgelegen und schwierig zu finden. Zimmer extrem klein; im Prinzip besteht dass Zimmer nur aus einem Bett. Waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht was kühl und gruselig wirkt.

Lawaaiig tot laat, geen prettige hoofdkussens en raam voor de wc/douche waardoor mensen vanaf buiten naar binnen konden kijken

فندق لم اتوقع مدى نضافه الغرف كانت الوسائد نضيفه وليس فيها رائحه نتنه مثل بافي الفنادق والشراشف نضيفه والحمام والغرفه بعد خروجنا قامو بتنضيفها لقد اقمت في فنادق كثثره لم يقوخون بالتنضيف كل يوم على عكس هذا الفندق انصح به وبشده لم اكن اتوقع هذا يكون النضافه

Personal war unfreundlich Das Bett war nicht bequem Die Rezeption hat uns angelogen Die Rezeption hat uns gesagt dass unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist aber sie hat uns im Untergeschoss ein Zimmer gebucht. Eigentlich wollte ich auch von Erdgeschoss keine Zimmer buchen sondern in Obergeschoss Zimmer haben aber Rezeption hat gesagt keine Zimmer mehr. Wie ich in Untergeschoss war, habe ich telefonisch gemeldet dass es kein Erdgeschoss ist. Danach haben Sie uns in 2. Stock Zimmer gebucht. Bitte unbedingt mit Hotel Kontaktieren
