There was no kettle, no coffee in the room. I told staff member but still no1 brought it. Also, his customer service was very poor

Parking lot near hotel but not free. About 6 blocks to public transportation and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Rooms separate from main desk. Elec kettle bot available.

The Goethe Business hotel is co-located with the Goethe Hotel and the Goethe Conference Center Hotel. All the facilities are in a quiet light industrial area. Neighbors include a Maserati and Ferrari dealerships plus one or two other European branded vehicles. Although the hotel is very near a rail line we didnt hear any noise during our stay. The buildings appear to be recently refurbished and nicely painted. Limited parking in two areas adjacent to the hotel buildings. It appeared several rooms had direct access from the outside - no interior hallways. The entire grounds were spotless and well maintained as well as inside the buildings! Check-in was swift and efficient. Elevators are available for upper floors. The room was very nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable but not extremely large - sufficient! The bathroom was immaculate and a very good size. The bed, the pillows and the duvet were comfortable. The morning breakfast was very nice and the buffet area was compact but had all the necessary items for a good breakfast. The Dining area was large and accommodating. Scrambled Eggs, and two different types of sausage were hot and very tasty. Our only disappointment was the Restaurant wasnt open on Sunday evening. We believe it was closed due to low customer use. We will definitely will use this hotel again when in Frankfurt.

AC was not working. The AC unit was there but it was stuck at 30 Celsius all night. The guy at the counter said the AC was broken in the whole hotel but that would have been nice to know considering the website states there is AC and he didn’t give a disclaimer at check in. No apologies, no resolutions were given, nothing. Sad.

Have stayed here before with no issues this time there was confusion as i had paid for the stay but the say i had not paid for the whole stay after 15 min they found the mistake was on the side and was sorted out so that was fine but on the booking site it says tea and coffee in room this was not there also King Bed does not mean large bed just single size

I have stayed here last year and again this and once again very happy The staff are great quick check in The room is a good size with all you need in it bed was good Breakfast which was included was great The hotel is a 10 min tram ride to city and station and theres not to much in the area of the hotel but great value for money

Very modern hotel with efficient space. The beds were comfortable and we had what we needed. Unfortunately the way they do their laundry there was someone's else's hair on our comforter and bed, but they were still clean. The buffet breakfast has a good assortment and was tasty.

Very nice hotel! The building we stayed at was brand new! Everything was new and clean. Very nice and comfortable bed. The breakfast was fantastic. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The check out time was at 12 noon, but since we had arrived at 4 am, we asked for a couple of hours of extension which he gladly accepted. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

If youre someone looking for a short stay, have a car, this is an excellent choice. The rooms are great with great rates, the location isnt that far off if you are driving, and the breakfast is just awesome!

It was a good hotel. Breakfast is not so bad, family satisfied teh quality. There is Aldi near by the hote. It takes 5 minitues by walk. We enjoyed to stay, thank you.

Nice comfortable room for our family of 4. Good complimentary breakfast. The location is not ideal but the tram is 6 minutes walk. Staff is friendly. Free wifi is available in room. Good value for money.

I stayed in the business hotel side and the rooms, although small, were clean and modern and sufficient for me. There're not a lot of bells and whistles but then again, this is not a Four Seasons. I felt the hotel offers very good value for the dollar for being so close to the Messe Frankfurt with ample bus, taxi and Uber service close by. The Internet Wifi was excellent here too - always very important for business travellers.

Pleasantly surprised at how roomie, clean and new the hotel room was! Great value for a room for our family of four. We even had a mini kitchen supplied with utensils! The breakfast was also included which was a great plus. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

The Hotel was still under construction during my visit but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a bit out of the way if you're hanging out in the downtown area for music and food so be prepared for taxi ride.
