Lovely little B&B, perfect if you are traveling by train, since the train station is just across the street and the city center is within 5 minutes walking distance. The Lady doesn’t speak much english but still made sure i had a perfect stay.

Ideal place, good stuff but as in many places in Italy - English is not the strongest side :) Breakfast included is really basic but ok (coffee + croissant), we were with the bicycles and permitted to insert these into the room. Quiet, clean. We had a room on entry level - the window was on level of the ground so not really possible to open the window or get a light from it. As we stayed only one night - not a deal for us - but have to be taken in consideration. In general we liked the stay.

Hard to communicate. Italian breakfast can be not enough to some kind of travelers (like we are)

wonderful location, short walking distance from the castle. The lady who prepared breakfast for us was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestion local attractions. Piombino and the area are beautiful (history and beaches), and we definitely would have enjoyed a longer stay. We will come back!

Short stay before going to Elba

Big rooms, high ceiling, old architecture, air-conditioning, and clean! Everything in the room was great. Don’t forget to bring adaptors for the sockets. We have selected this hotel because it was near to the port. The host was very accommodating and super friendly. The hotel has a separate cafeteria which is around 3 mins by car away heading to the port. Restaurants, bars, city center with great vistas, Supermarkets and small shops are in walking distance. Free parking place outside the street, so its first come first serve. The hotel has no private parking place. Cheap self service gasoline station is around 40 meters on the right side of the hotel or before reaching the hotel. I would suggest making there a full tank before going to Elba. But watch out the gasoline station is prepaid and you wont get any cash back if you wont used up all the money you’ve inserted. Have fun and i hope this helps a bit.

Comodo per soggiornare

Buona posizione, se dotati di automobile è un buon punto per raggiungere diverse mete limitrofe (es. Follonica, molte calette, belle spiagge...). Staff molto gentile, soprattutto la collaboratrice ai servizi di pulizia. Il voto che ho dato (7) è commisurato al rapporto qualità-prezzo. La stanza è abbastanza "vecchia" ma il prezzo è commisurato in base a questa caratteristica. Non ho usufruito della colazione in quanto la zona pulula di bar/pasticcerie.

La mia opinione è che si potrebbe migliorare molti piccoli dettagli (es. illuminazione abbastanza cupa, rinfrescare le pareti con un colore che rende meno tetra la stanza, ammodernare i mobili...). Parcheggio non privato ma in strada. Nonostante ciò la zona non era frequentata da gente di cui "preoccuparsi" (almeno per quei 3 giorni di soggiorno che ho effettuato).

Struttura centrale e comoda per il centro di Piombino, con il porto a pochi minuti. Ambiente accogliente, estremamente pulito e ben tenuto, proprietari gentili e disponibili.

facile de se garer dans la rue et asse proche du centre historique et commercial de Piombino et des multiples Bars et restaurants.

Chambre petite mal isolée avec une pauvre fenêtre sur une arrière cour, literie tres dur, on y a tres mal dormi et réveillé tres tôt, des 6 heures par les bruits des autres chambres, chasse d'eau des WC et douche et portes qui claquent, car les autres occupants , travailleurs immigrés logés dans les autres chambres descendaient dans la rue pour attendre leur transport des 6 heures du matin. Bref c est plus un marchand de sommeil qu'un hôtel et le tout bien trop cher, proche de l'arnaque, à FUIR

Serata a PIombino

Posto ben curato come la stanza in cui ho soggiornato. Dotato di aria condizionata, wi-fi, frigobar e smart TV. Bagno in ordine, letto comodo. A 2 passi dal centro di Piombino ed attaccato alla stazione ferroviaria. La persona che mi ha accolto molto gentile e carina.

Colazione a 10 euro disponibile soltanto dalle 08.30 alle 09.30 ma ho preferito farla ad un bar a 2 minuti a piedi per 3.10 euro. Nonostante il periodo (5 Agosto) mi sembra un pò eccessivo il costo di 120 euro.

Ottima accoglienza del proprietario, camera spaziosa e materassi molto comodi, bagno un po’ piccolo ma completo di tutto. Parcheggio senza limitazioni d’orario davanti all’alloggio. Abbiamo potuto lasciare l’auto lì per andare a prendere il traghetto al porto.
