Loved the area and would return to stay again at this location.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great. Hotel was set in a perfect location for wandering around and seeing all the amazing views.

The thin walls, next room was loud and kept us up a bit late. Bathroom was a bit dated and rusty.

Clean rooms, clean and fresh bed every day.

For several years before COVID, we rested in this hotel. Now everything has changed for the worse. 1) I ordered a room with a terrace. I wrote about it in special wishes, the staff booking.com called me and clarified, promised that there would be a terrace, and I received a room with a balcony. 2) in the living conditions it is written that parking is 10 euros, they take 15 euros. 3) the beach has become paid for residents - 15 euros per person per day, but this was not indicated. 4) the balcony doors do not close, the furniture is falling apart, the hair dryer was made at the beginning of the last century - it burns your fingers.

Beautiful views on Tuscan Coast

The location was very cool. It’s a great set-up for a Mediterranean Cliffside retreat. You park on the top floor and the elevator goes all the way down to the beach with a cute beach bar. The formal restaurant is on the 3rd floor for great sunset views. You can see Elba Island. There are balconies with beautiful partial views and a large patio on each floor for panoramic views.

They were transitioning the restaurant menu when we were there, so it was difficult to order since there was no menu. We managed to get a great meal, somehow, though. They did a made to order pasta of our choice and we were able to Google translate the type of fish they had in stock and picked the Sea Bass. The bar tender/manager was incredibly helpful in getting us settled on a choice, as he was able to speak some English.

Had a beach view which was very nice. Mostly workers were only other guest. Food was good and good value. Parking was excellent. Hotel seemed to be having a lot of work done so lots of boxes, furniture, and other items stacked.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but only one person working at a time.

Great budget hotel to stay in with a private beach and relatively nice facilities.

View from the shared balcony across to Elba island is amazing. Room is decorated in a very retro style, which is an interesting experience. Bar at the private beach makes great Aperol Spritz. Location is a little bit outside of the town but worth it for the private beach.

The communication with the hotel staff about reserving two sun loungers was very confusing and took forever, but we eventually got there in the end.

Hotel situato, praticamente sul mare, per i nostalgici del mare è il posto ideale, le camere hanno tutte una terrazza sul mare, dormirai con il rumore delle onde che ti cullano, il paesaggio è meraviglioso,la mattina ti attende una colazione internazionale, sua salato che dolce, qualche crostata della nonna addirittura, lo staff è molto gentile, ha un parcheggio privato, a Piombino è quasi impossibile trovare posto,,, prezzo modesto per il contesto

L’unica nota positiva il receptionist che ci ha accolti appena arrivati alle 23 . Sorridente,gentile e premuroso nonostante l’orario..

Starei tutto il giorno a scrivere la recensione.. hotel stupendo sul mare . Peccato per la straordinaria trascuratezza. La puzza di fogna che mi ha svegliata nel pieno della notte. Capelli in bagno . Non ho fotografato il wc perché mi vergognavo.. orribile!!!!!! Carta igienica usata … mi sono rifiutata di usare la coperta nonostante facesse freddino.. e mi chiedo perché (da host parlo) possa affittare o possa tenere aperto un hotel del genere. Vergognoso. Era meglio dormire in macchina.

Nel complesso siamo stati benissimo e ci tornerei sicuramente.

La posizione è ottima e offre il servizio in spiaggia direttamente incluso. Vista spettacolare e mare pulito con ingresso in mare che sembra davvero una piscina NATURALE. Un ringraziamento particolare per Sara davvero splendida su tutto e mi ha aiutato con la mia emicrania.

L'hotel ha bisogno di ristrutturazioni e migliorerei il servizio bar in spiaggia con più alternative,specialmente x fare aperitivo.

Posizione dell’hotel, panorama, la ragazza napoletanain reception molto gentile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ieri con il mio partner e l'esperienza è stata assolutamente disastrosa. La struttura è in condizioni decadenti e assolutamente non mantenuta. Molti vetri di porte e finestre erano crepati, le scale che portano all’hotel hanno gradini rotti e pericolosi. La pulizia lascia davvero molto a desiderare: all’ingresso del piano della reception abbiamo trovato scarafaggi morti a terra e il bagno della reception era indecoroso, sporco e mal ridotto. Davvero una brutta presentazione! La spiaggia, che dovrebbe essere uno dei punti forti, era tutta coperta da alghe accumulate contro i muri e le tende, logorate e strappate, pendevano in modo raccapricciante. Per usufruire dei lettini e dell’ombrellone bisognava pagare 20 € a persona, tanto che abbiamo preferito rimanere nella spiaggia libera. Il bar della spiaggia mal rifornito e i pochi gelati che c’erano nel freezer erano ricoperti da brina. L’ambiente in generale era molto sporco e mal tenuto, sedie e tavoli non puliti e tante formiche a terra. Le camere erano vecchie, mal tenute e avevano un odore sgradevole. Purtroppo, gli scarichi del bagno emettevano un persistente odore di fogna che rendeva l’ambiente ancora più insopportabile. Per non parlare del campanello della doccia. Anni di sporco accumulati. Abbiamo pensato di andarcene subito, ma purtroppo avremmo perso i soldi (145€ per questo scempio). Non torneremo mai più e non lo consigliamo assolutamente a nessuno. Una vera delusione! Come fa una struttura del genere a rimanere aperta?

Un giorno a Piombino

Sono rimasta affascinata dalla gentilezza del personale, di tutto il personale, coccolata letteralmente! Molta attenzione verso il cliente, addirittura mi hanno preparato una buonissima torta crostata fatta in casa senza glutine (sono celiaca)! Frittura di pesce appositamente per me (con farina di riso ). Anche il mio cagnolino ha ricevuto in regalo un giochino al check-in, mi sono sentita in famiglia. Colazione molto ben fornita con torte fatte in casa e molto più..cameriere gentilissimo! La camera ove ho soggiornato era ben pulita e profumata. Gentilmente mi hanno concesso il check-in anticipato (alle 10,00) poiché la camera era pronta prima delle 15,00! Insomma ...io consiglio questo hotel, ha 3 stelle , per il personale ne meriterebbe 5, ( in effetti la struttura è un po' datata, ma funzionale).

Posizione meravigliosa, stanza comoda, silenziosa, pulita. Arredi datati ma in ordine. Personale molto gentile. Abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza che è a picco sul mare e questo per noi vale già 10. La struttura è bellissima, andrebbe curata di più e sistemata con una ristrutturazione "importante", ma è evidente che ci vuole molto denaro.

der Strand ist ok und trotzdem super zum abkühlen und schwimmen. Die Nähe des Hotels zum Meer ist fantastisch ebenfalls der Ausblick vom Hotel sowie von der Terrasse. Der Service die Hoteleigenen Velos zu benutzen ist super. Sehr freundliches Personal.

La posizione è fantastica

La struttura è decadente le camere sono mal messe sia come arredamento che come igienici . Ceramica rotta o fortemente deteriorata nell’ insieme pessimo. Luoghi in generale molto mal Messi zona colazioni oramai oltre ogni limiti di accettazione con i prodotti freschi (torte secche) prive di copertura così com i pochi salumi e latte esposto. La struttura necessita di una ristrutturazione immediata

Hier könnte ich sehr viel länger bleiben und würde sehr gerne wiederkommen

Die Lage ist exzellent. Beim Frühstück geht der Blick über das wunderbare Meer, auf dem Segelboote kreuzen. Am Horizont ist Elba zu erkennen. Am Felsstrand stehen Liegen direkt am Wasser. Traumhaft. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel ist sehr familiär, sehr angenehm.
