Wonderful hotel in the heart of Piombino. It is close to all main attractions, restaurants, the train station, the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are nice, polite and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and met our expectations, it was not only sweet things, we enjoyed some ham, salami and cheese. The coffee machine is Nescafe, the coffee was great.

The location is superb. The building was externally pleasant.
Located in a pedestrian area but with convenient parking on display of a paper available from the hotel.
Proximity to good restaurants especially the Dei Boncompagni about 80 meters away.
The space was cramped with hardly enough space to rest the computer on and work.
I bit noisy.
